Tracy Morgan Files for Divorce From Wife of 23 Years

The slow demise of Tracy Morgan's marriage to his high school sweetheart is one step closer to playing out.

On Friday, the '30 Rock' star filed for divorce from his his wife of 23 years, Sabina, though it's believed the pair have been separated for about eight years.

"Basically they were divorced without the paperwork," one friend told the NY Daily News. "It seems like he has had a different girlfriend every five months or so. In the past three years, I've met three girlfriends."

Morgan, 40, and his estranged wife have three sons.

OK first of all he's not that funny to me. Secondly, I hope she and her sons are well taken care of. She was with him before he was "Tracy Morgan", and I guess he's forgotten that. I know I don't know the whole story, but still I hope she and the kids are taken care of while he has his "midlife crisis".

Forget her, if she knows whats good for her she might want to go and try to find a job so that she as a grown woman can support herself. The main concern should ALWAYS be the children. The children shouldnt be affected any more than they already are.

Personally I think this guy has some balls to want to run around on her even though they were seperated. I think he is a oversized boy who is a man who hasnt grown up yet. Shame on him for thinking throwing away 23 years of marriage and thinking that he will find better. What a lame brain. I hope she finds a man who will apprecaite her and stick by her and not be a little boy.

Life isnt all about damn money. I cant stand gold diggers. If you think money will bring true happiness ur wrong. In the end u will be empty and miserable and whatever your filling in your soul will leave you with nothing. The love of money is the root of all evil. Remember that.

you are so right. i was married for 23 yrs and my ex decided to date a younger woman. he wanted this "big" house and so did she. they bought it and married, but now he's calling me telling me about how messy she is. so money will get u things, but it will not keep you happy down the road. just ask my ex!!!!!

It is sad what fame can do to some people. I have never been a fan of Tracy Morgan and am still not. A big head can really cause problems for everyone.

Funny how most people posting here assume the breakup was his idea - maybe she didn't want to be with HIM anymore?

It's not always the husband making this decision, you know. She's taken care of financially either way and probably has been during the whole separation.

What is marraige anyway but a way to get money if when it dissolves. Tracey has talent and should be allowed to do whatever he wants. If she tries to gouge him in the divorce, then she only wanted to control, not love, him and he is right to drop her - if she only takes what is fair/little then oops he may be throwing away a good girl for the sake of some heavenly times with gorgeous women (you know he is getting the hot model types that other men just dream about lining up outside his door like so many cats).Good luck BUD.
