Linda Hogan 'Feared Hulk's Anger'

After nearly two years in divorce court, Linda Hogan is finally airing out her dirty laundry. In an interview with Good Morning America, she admits she's "no longer bitter" about the split but still fears Hulk Hogan's temper.

"It scared me because I thought everyone has their snapping point and I didn't want him to snap," she said. "He's threatened my life before, and I don't want him around," she added.

Back in April, Hulk escalated the situation when he spoke to Rolling Stone Magazine. "I could have turned everything into a crime scene, like O. J., cutting everybody's throat," he told the magazine. "You live half a mile from the 20,000-square-foot home you can't go to anymore, you're driving through downtown Clearwater and see a 19-year-old boy driving your Escalade, and you know that a 19-year-old boy is sleeping in your bed, with your wife, ... I mean, I totally understand O.J. I get it," he said.

"I don't know if he could go there or not. I knew that he was probably jealous or envious or upset with the whole situation that he didn't have control of me. He didn't know what I was doing, who I was seeing and it bothered him," she said.

Hulk's publicist says he has no history of violence and denies ever stalking Linda. He referred to OJ "as part of a larger conversation to exemplify degrees of emotional turmoil" and "in no way approves of or justifies the OJ situation."

Her initial thoughts right after their split: "It scared me because I thought 'Oh my God, is that my fault? Is he moving on? Am I just a dumb housewife? Am I too fat, am I too dumb?' You just start doubting yourself and that was really sad... We all worked really hard and way too much to the point where we really didn't have any emotion left. We were just robots functioning on a weird level."

How she reacted to Hulk calling her a "Gold digger": "[When we met], I was a manicurist and my husband was a struggling wrestler. We had nothing. We built this empire together."

On dating Charlie Hill and being called a cougar: "He's a great friend and a good soul and a great support system for me... To be honest with you when all that started happening, all the allegations that I'm a cougar, I said 'Could somebody please tell me why cougar, why not lioness?' Now it's my turn to take a bite out of the old apple and see what's out there for me. It makes you a tougher soul in a good way. I'm not bitter, I'm not angry... anymore."

On the rocky relationship with her daughter, Brooke Hogan: "I love her more than anything. That's what makes me tick, my kids. I told her many times 'Please come back. I want to be your Mom. I want to be there. I want to be a part of your life. I love you.'"

Are you forgetting that Hulk CHEATED on her with Brooke's friend? Everyone seems to forget where he went wrong, so focused on Linda. 23 years pf marriage? Not many marriages last 10 years! Being a housewife/stay at home mom is a harder job than going to work everyday and sitting at a desk and throwing your kids in a daycare! Be responsible, take care of your own kids people! Back in the day, when Mom's stayed home, kids didn't act like the monsters they do these days! One day, when parents stop picking nice cars, big houses, and all that over their kids, maybe our kids will be better children and grow up to be nicer adults!? I had a kid tell me that his mom didn't love him because she went to work and his dad made enough money to live off of. Hello people! Kids aren't stupid! Stop choosing yourselves over your kids! Yes, I am a stay at home Mom, I have a 8 year old and a 7 year old. I do the cooking, cleaning, yard work, grocery shopping, bill paying, everything. I have time to bake cookies, (Homemade, not cut out) and I have time to make homemade bread, not the bread machine, we don't even eat store bread! You stay home, you have TIME to do these things for your family! Selfishness!

Nobody cares about homemade bread. Maybe you should be an influence to be "independent". That way if you have a daughter she can learn to get her OWN and not ever have to depend fully on a man for her living. When you strive for freedom you get freedom and comfort. When you strive for comfort you just get comfort.

Jennifer, 1) When you have gardeners, nannies, and maids, you are NOT a typical stay-home mom. 2) When you are getting bodyslammed 75 times a week for 30 yrs. you are NOT "sitting behind a desk". Hardly easier that what Linda dealt with.

Why does everyone forget that Hulk cheated on his wife first with his daughters best friend!!!! They had nothing when they married, she is entitled to 1/2. Just because they are rich and famous does not mean that the laws that apply to regular people getting divorced does not apply to them. He should have kept it in his pants. his daughter probably sided with him because she knows who has the most strings to pull for her. It is a sad reality, but most children side with the parent that has the most.

She wasn't afraid when she was spending his money. Unfortunately, he allowed this woman to turn his children into the same kind of money grubbing w**re that she is.

She's not afraid of anything except that maybe his money will run out before she can steal it all and that gravity will finally take its toll on her trashy trailer-park blonde body or that all of the fake stuff/parts start to disintergrate.

Linda Hogan claims they built their empire together. I guess like the immortal Hulk Hogan she was traveling to different arenas every night, being pounced on by the human condominium, King Kong Bundy and getting busted wide open by the likes of such nefarious behemoths as Andre the Giant and Kamala. I do not remember Mrs. Hogan appearing in Rocky III nor do I remember her appearing in the Hulk's illustrious movies including, but not limited to Mr. Nanny and No Holds Barred. I do not remember Mrs. Hogan cycling her vitamins (steroids) on a regular basis to become the leader in sports entertainment. My bet is that Hulk Hogan's wife didn't make a penny once Hogan made it to the big leagues. At least she did a great job raising her kids. One isn't even in jail. Notwithstanding the above mentioned statements, she is a woman and therefore deserves all of Hogan's money and assets.

So, since she wasn't an "extra" in Rocky III or she didn't strap on a banana hammock and step into the ring - that she didn't have anything to do with Hogan's success?? or doesn't deserve what she is indeed entitled to?? What about her support of him and taking care of their kids while he was traveling city to city, probably not faithful either. What do you know about Linda? how do you know that she didn't give up things she wanted, so that Hogan can have his success? Marriage takes a lot and spouses support each other - that's what they do. Linda shouldn't be hated for wanting to secure a lifestyle for herself that she has been accustomed to for 20+ yrs. And to bring up Nick is just stupid. He is a young kid who made a mistake, Linda, nor Hulk had anything to do with the reason Nick was in jail. AND HULK CHEATED ON HER!! maybe Brooke's friend what the straw that broke the camels back.

Linda Hogan is a sleeze...She is dating a boy the age of her youngest child and she said she loves and needs her daughter, but, she isnt willing to put her children first over having a child as a boyfriend. Most mothers would care about the hurt they inflict on their kids, Linda only thinks of herself. Hulk comes off as the classier better parent. I can see why Brooke is crazy about him.

It would look like she sat back and lived the life of luxury while he did the work, but being the daughter of a wrestler, I can tell you that it is no easy life for the wife. For my mom, was lonely and put up with more than a person should have to with the groupies and life on the road. She turned into a pale version of herself until she left him. From seeing the tv show, it gives the impression that they were together daily and living a relatively normal life, but I'm here to tell you that it is not like that. I love Hulk, but you have to know he was on steroids at least early in his career, even if he's not now, and she lived with the fall out from what that does to a personality as well. Just saying, don't be so quick to judge, there are two sides to the story.

Linda Hogan is ugly. She did Hulk a favor by leaving him. Now he can find a classy lady to love. Someday she will look back and wish like hell she still had him but guess what Linda he won't want you. What goes around comes around. Just wait and see
