Emmy Rossum and Ex Secretly Married?

'The Phantom of the Opera' star Emmy Rossum and her longtime music industry exec boyfriend Justin Siegel are reported to be splitting up. But amid the news of their break-up come intriguing reports that the couple was actually married, but never announced it to the public.

One source confirmed the union to blogger Perez Hilton.

"Emmy and Justin decided to keep that part of their relationship a secret and out of the media spotlight," the source said. "They wanted to keep it private in order to prevent their marriage from coming under scrutiny."

Adding to the suspicion, a source from the Los Angeles County Registrar Recorder's Office confirmed to E! News that a confidential marriage license was issued to Emmanuelle Grey Rossum and Justin Siegel. Because they paid for it to be confidential, the date of their wedding could not be confirmed.

Rossum, 22, and Siegel, 27, went public with their relationship in 2007.

I did not watch the Teen Choice Awards, but I did see the 'pole dance' that Cyrus did on the internet yesterday. I must say, I was appauled. She REALLY wants to dump the good girl 'Hannah Montana' image REALLY bad. This, to me, is going a bit too far.
There are a LOT of tween girls that look up to her as a role model, she keeps this up, she'll lose that audience.
She'll end up like SO many others who strayed away from the 'wholesome' image. TOO BAD.
