WHY would putting naked women on a Women's mag like Allure or gender neutral magazine like rolling stone make any difference in how many they sell? Hello I AM a woman. If I wanted to see a naked chic I'd go take a shower.(I don't think they should count the summer editions of women's work out magazines with pictures of bikini's as trying to be sexier.That's just stupid.) The naked ones are just pornographic and mostly on men's mags. We all know they are hoping hard on's will start buying it for the pictures and maybe, just MAYBE, they have filthy, disgusting, foul men doing the photos shoots and so they cannot resist the urge to ask a woman to get naked who would at any other time or place tell them to go * theirselves? Not that I am saying I feel bad for the naked women because they are obviously shallow and without respect for real inner selves and if you don't care about your self why would anybody else? But histrionic ho's aside, at the end of the day I just want to be able to buy a decent magazine and enjoy my time reading it without being slapped in the face with another woman's nether regions. They couldn't sell a men's mag with semi naked men and weiners through out so WHY do they market naked women to women? The magazine editors should be slapped to death with an extra thick special addition of their publication. :)

I like your comments Amber. What I really enjoy seeing when I go to a store are watching young girls and boys getting their fill of the sexy explicit covers during a time when they are developing opinions about sex, sexual roles and what society must deem important. Strong parents will educate and the other parents will not. And then they will wonder what happened and why their daughter is never getting ahead. Ending up in deadend sexual relations with the uneducated fathers of their children. Then this group of people will cry foul and wonder why they can't have everything like everyone else. Using food stamps, standing in line, kids reading the educational material that is in their face, no parent giving guidance, too busy, too caught up in their own drama, too consumed with trying to make the rent payment, so sad. A stretch? Finding "love" and attention is easy when you imitate what you see for sale. Making profit on the innocence of our society, we just end up paying for it later.

I fail to see what's "ugly" and "Gross" about the Marilyn Monroe tattoo on Megan Fox's arm.
And it's good to see Feminazis are still around. =P The "Nude" covers don't reveal any more than any of the women in swimsuits, and there wasn't anything even Remotely Pornographic about any of them. Unless you're reading Penthouse or Playboy, your odds of "being slapped in the face with another woman's nether regions" are pretty non-existent. Also, I'm pretty sure that a fair number of the "filthy, disgusting, foul men doing the photos shoots" are actually women, and I'll go so far as to say that they're all probably pretty Normal and Decent people. If they were as bad as you think they are, they wouldn't be in the photography business very long, now would they? Sounds to me like someone has some Inferiority Issues.

I have to agree with Amber I'm sick of seeing naked women all over magazines. I would like to read a magazine without seeing some other chick naked. Especially when the magazine is supposed to be aimed towards women. Apparently the guys that take these photo shoots need to rethink about who they are advertising too. Or at least start making it equal and putting some naked guys on everything.
