'Family' Patriarch: Stewie Is a Gay Baby

If six pages of a not-naked Heidi Pratt were not enough reasons to go out and grab the September issue of Playboy, here's another incentive: Elsewhere in the lad mag, 'Family Guy' mastermind Seth MacFarlane settles one of his show's worst/best kept secrets: Stewie Griffin is gay.
MacFarlane told Playboy (via Daily News) all about an episode they brought all the way to the script phase where the 1-year-old homicidal baby comes out.
"It had to do with the harassment he took from other kids at school. He ends up going back in time to prevent a passage in Leviticus from being written: 'Thou shalt not lie with mankind as with womankind. It is an abomination.'"
In the end, the show's writers decided to "keep it vague" because of the tot's age.
"Ultimately, Stewie will be gay or a very unhappy repressed heterosexual. It also explains why he's so hellbent on killing [his mother, Lois] and taking over the world: He has a lot of aggression, which comes from confusion and uncertainty about his orientation."
Also explained in the upcoming season: we'll finally find out why Protestant Lois seems to have a Jewish accent.
MacFarlane was more coy about Stewie's sexual preference in a February 2008 interview in Advocate, the gay lifestyle mag.
"We all feel that Stewie is almost certainly gay, and he's in the process of figuring it out for himself. We haven't ever really locked into it because we get a lot of good jokes from both sides, but we treat him oftentimes as if we were writing a gay character."

Along with King of the Hill, Family Guy, The Simpsons and South Park, these are the most disgusting pieces of trash on TV, except perhaps anything having to do with Jon & Kate or the Kardashians or Hulk Hogan and shows of that ilk. The mindless producers can't come up with anything better...

DJ your a prude that is out of touch. There is no trash or disguesting things on TV as you have claim which is a lie. Kardashians are very funny and entertaining to watch there show is pretty good so you don't know what your talking about either. Producers aren't mindless as you have claim another lie. DJ your dead and your a loser that needs to get a life.
I'm right as always.
Best thing ever to come out of Fox. Even funnier than their 'faux news' station.

Here are some more newsflashes for you: Cleveland is black! Joe is disabled! Brian the dog--talks! It's a cartoon and it's funny as hell! Please start living in the world where you can laugh at something without having to "condone" it or "be" it. Laughing at Family Guy doesn't compromise anyone's beliefs.I watched and enjoyed The Sopranos the entire time it was on--didn't make me want to run out and become a mob hitman. Relax and try to enjoy life, you'll live longer.

That cartoon is disgusting and NOT funny. My daughter won't let my grandson watch it but he does anyway. He thinks it's funny , but it's bad for kids to watch. The only cartoons that aren't bad, (except for Disney, of course,), are The Simpsons and King Of The Hill.

You do know that Disney based alot of their movies off very demented and sexual books right?
Also - The Simpson's as you put it, would actually be violent for kids to watch. I personally don't believe anything is bad for a kid to watch as long as they receive proper discipline as to knowing it's just a show and shouldn't be applied in a real life situation.
Just so you know as well, In the Simpson's movie, it shows Bart's penis. By how you sound, it doesn't seem like you'd want a kid seeing that.
I love Family Guy. Yes it sometimes offends me, but at the same time makes me laugh. And at the end of the day it's exactly what I needed to get over my small problems. In it's own offensive but hysterical way Family Guy makes you open your eyes to the much bigger problems that are going on in the world right now. And if you don't think a child should watch it then don't let them. It's for adults anyway.

Now it's time for that other tiny baby, Tom Cruise and John Travolta, Simon Cowell and Ryan Seacrest to open their closet door and come out.

Will animated cartoons like this one, never stop?
That baby really should've belonged on The Rugrats,
only as a much kinder, gentler, non-gayer kid.

I knew it!

I assume that the not-quite-ten-percent who claim to be surprised by this have never actually watched an episode of FAMILY GUY.

The show isnt' funny and doesn't appeal to smart people or people who think for themselves.

This show is hilarious. It takes a smart, thinking person to appreciate the humor. It is mostly satire, after all.
It seems that just when you thought that TV couldn't get any more vile...along comes this mindless, repulsive show. I tried to watch it twice ....and had it turn it off....I cant figure out how..or why...it stays on the air.

TV isn't vile as you have claim Leah your a prude that doesn't know what your talking about. Your a loser that needs to get a life.

Other than that, this show is hilarious.

I WATCH A LOT OF TV. SOME OF IT IS OFFENSIVE, THEN I FLIP THE CHANNEL OR SHUT THE TV OFF. ANYMORE THE SHOWS ARE TOTALLY LOSING ANY MORAL VALUES THEY ONCE HAD. I'M GETTING TO THE POINT WHERE I ALMOST DON'T WANT TO BOTHER TURNING ON THE TV. IT USED TO BE IF YOU COULDN'T FIND ANYTHING WORTH WATCHING, YOU COULD ALWAYS RESORT TO TV LAND, OR NICK @ NIGHT, BUT ITS GOTTEN TO THE POINT WHERE NOW EVEN THOSE STATIONS PUT RUBBISH ON. LOOKS LIKE I'LL BE TRADING MY TV IN FOR AN UPGRADED COMPUTER.

Your dead wrong Linda and you don't know what your talking about either. TV doesn't need to have morals and it is no worst than what it was 10 or 20 years ago that is fact. TV has nothing offensive on it so stop claiming something isn't true.
I'm right as always.
