Celebrities are entitled to privacy just like everyone else. It's one thing to take pictures on the red carpet. It's another thing to trespass and take pictures of a person in his/her home. As for taking pictures of a 13 year old girl as she is changing clothes, how do you say pervert? Sue them for all they've got George.

trespassing and child porn crosses the line. whatever the reason, you are going to get your ass sued! this isn't even freedom of the press- it's pure and simple creepiness!

Thom, geez; Are you a pedophile or child abuser? And whatever happened to privacy one's home, and most certainly one's bedroom! The pictures of this child could very well end up on the internet to appease the slime that prey on children. What's even as sinister is that this child's life has been put in danger! How on earth could you not support Clooney in this one. You are allowing your personal dislike for Clooney preclude the protection of children and yes, women. Your statement is a disgrace and disgusts me. I am US citizen.

Go get 'em George. It's one thing when the pooperazzi acts like the imbecilic voyeurs they are on public streets. Its a whole nother thing when they abuse their priviledges to trespass on other's private property to gain lascivious access to naive young girls, who think they're 'safe' behind the doors of a private home, and snap away. Gross. Sick. Maggot-like behavior is the best it can be described as.
Hope he gets 'em. But GOOD. A huge wake up call (again) is needed for these bozo's. They just don't seem to get it. Ever.

Clooney always mad? Seriously? This guy is never angry at anyone. Anytime I read something about him, its either some practical joke or he's speaking about a movie. Once in a while he gets irritated with the paparrazzi parasites. I'm surprised he didn't sue someone's ass sooner

Looney is upset because he was on top of the little girl !

Yes! do what you have to do George! Papparazzi are a pain in the A** and only look for the almighty buck at anyones expense. They are the worst liars in the world. They never tell an entire story and when you win, donate the money to hungry children/families in the USA!!! or you lose my respect like many of the other actors who dont look to the USA to help the needy here.

Hmm i know someone indirectly who went to prison for this. Got 20 years for taking pics into a home of underage girls. So hmm, nothing said if there were other adults in the home besides Georgie boy. Since he hasnt done any movies of substance lately maybe he needs some attention.

I just don't understand people who say, "well he wants the spotlight, but only when he wants it." Actors, Actresses, singers, or any type of celebrity have a job. That's right, it's their job. How would you feel if your boss came on to your property any time he felt like it? Looked into your windows to see if you were home, then asked you to do a report on your personal time??These paparazzi are no better than stalkers. A celebrity has a right to a PRIVATE personal life.
