Alyssa Milano Ties the Knot

'Charmed' star Alyssa Milano married Hollywood agent David Bugliari at a rustic, Italian-themed wedding in New Jersey on Saturday, PEOPLE reports. Milano, wearing a custom gown by Vera Wang, walked down the aisle at Bulgliari's family estate with a lily of the valley bouquet. Actor Bradley Cooper, a friend of the groom, was in attendence.

"We wanted a wedding that was reflective of who we are as a couple," says Milano.

While the ceremony was traditional, the reception was designed by event planner Colin Cowie to mimic the couple's lives. Rattan chairs filled the cokctail area and hay bales served as tables for the guests. Dinner was served family-style on farmhouse tables.

"My Italian family still eats Sunday dinner together every week," says Milano. "We wanted to capture the same feeling with people passing around beautiful bowls of food and talking and laughing."

Milano, 36, and Bugliari have been engaged since December.

Love the Italian / American culture. My late husb's parents were from Sicily. We went to many Italian weddings during the course of our marriage. They eat a 12 course dinner---like on a cruise ship. They drink wine, but they don't get drunk. They dance the Tarantella. They love kids.

Both Italian with traditional Italian families? Why were they not married in a Catholic Church at a Mass of Christian Marriage? If this was performed by a justice of the peace they are not married in the eyes of the Church. If they were married by a member of another clergy than they are both outside the Church. Sad.

Whats sad? You don't have to get married in a church to be recognized by family and GOD! He lives in your heart. I, too, was married by the justice of the peace. I'm Catolic and believe in God, and I know for a fact he belives in me ! So sad? I think not ! It was the happiest day of MY life (14 years ago) and I'm sure hers. Wish her happiness instead of negitivity. There's enough of that in this world ! Let GOD be her judge, I don't think you have earned that job !

The first movie i saw her in was "Commando" where she played the daughter of the character played by Arnold Swartzenegger.Their interaction as father and daughter was so cute and realistic--great movie.She was a toughie and didnt take any crap off anyone in the movie.I hope she is happy in her new life with her, hopefully, lifetime mate.
