'No Truth' to Simpson 'Idol' Rumors

Jessica Simpson's publicist would like you to disregard any rumors or newspaper reports you may have heard about the singer taking Paula Abdul's place on 'American Idol.' The Denial After the Jump!

Speaking out to UsMagazine.com, Simpson's rep said there is "absolutely no truth" to a report claiming that Jessica's dad Joe has been negotiating to get Simpson a permanent slot as an 'Idol' judge.

Simpson is actually filming a new beauty-focused reality show overseas.

The denial stems from a one-sentence New York Post gossip item claiming that Simpson was "being pushed to the producers of 'American Idol' by her father/manager Joe Simpson as the perfect replacement.

OK, ya'll are freakin' stupid. Jessica Simpson is one of the nicest girls on the planet. She is gorgeous, and she can sing. If I had a girl like her I'd be happy. Damn. Leave her alone. I can't believe you all have the time to waste sitting around trashing her.

I can't believe the caption reads that Jessica looks heavy. Are you kiddin me? We should all look so heavy. Her legs are so toned. Sometimes I think women that are busty get a bad rap for being heavy, when they really aren't. We all have eyes, and she is anything but heavy. Lookin good Jessica, keep up the good work. I hope you get the job. Hopefully your words will come out quicker than Paula's. Watching Paula sput and sputter was downright painful.

I hope they don't put Jessica Simpson on Idol. She's as credible as Paula. I appreciate that Paula doesn't want to hurt anyone's feelings, but it's a reality show. And in reality, some of those contestants just don't have what it takes. She should stick to what she knows best and that's dancing. Jessica Simpson, I just don't know how she made it, she can't sing either.

Who ever wrote the captions on the pictures is crazy and must be anorexic. She is slim at best and very toned. She could use some more size on her legs to be sexy but its nice. She has a girlish body not a sexy body. She needs to fill out her legs more. Get to the gym and work out.
