Lily Allen Falls Down - and Breaks Down

British singer Lily Allen took a tumble the night before she was scheduled to perform at the Flow Festival in Finland, and the injury caused Allen to break down on stage. Despite a pain-killing injection before the show, Allen burst into tears in front of the audience, the Sun reports. Before unleashing the waterworks, the injured singer told fans, "I feel a bit emotional tonight and if I cry it's not because of you but because of me."

Before performing at the festival, Allen updated followers on her condition via Twitter, writing: "Fell over badly last night and I've really f***ed my back up. Just had an injection in my bum. How am I gonna get through tonight's gig?"

ZipperTheSlipper, I agre with you as well.
I just don't see what all the buzz about her. I don't find her to be that talented and her singing is repulsive. No disrespect to her fans at all, and really not even to her. She just doesn't do it for me:-(

Having been a back patient for 18 years-and having broken mine in 3 places-I know what she's going through and facing. My heart goes out to her. The shot she had was probably Demerol which would have done her no good the night of the perforance. She's in need of a very "stat" MRI and aggressive treatment quickly. It's no fun and my guess is that she either cracked a vetebre or herniated one. I'd hate to be her!
