Before unleashing the waterworks, the injured singer told fans, "I feel a bit emotional tonight and if I cry it's not because of you but because of me."Before performing at the festival, Allen updated followers on her condition via Twitter, writing: "Fell over badly last night and I've really f***ed my back up. Just had an injection in my bum. How am I gonna get through tonight's gig?"

Having been a back patient for 18 years-and having broken mine in 3 places-I know what she's going through and facing. My heart goes out to her. The shot she had was probably Demerol which would have done her no good the night of the perforance. She's in need of a very "stat" MRI and aggressive treatment quickly. It's no fun and my guess is that she either cracked a vetebre or herniated one. I'd hate to be her!
