Celine Dion to Release Next Hit: A Baby!

Canadian songstress Celine Dion and her husband, Rene Angelil, 67, are expecting a second child, Tuesday's Journal de Montreal reports. The 41-year-old singer gave birth to the couple's first child, Rene-Charles, in January 2001. The earlier pregnancy was the result of fertility treatments, and Dion reportedly used a team of fertility doctors in New York to help her conceive again.

Dion recently told talk show host Oprah Winfrey, "We are going to give it a try after my tour. Hopefully we (can get) pregnant again. I have a small window of hope. But we have been so blessed already. We tried six years for Rene-Charles. We have our miracle baby."

Angelil, Dion's former manager, has three children from two previous marriages. His recent bout with cancer had raised doubts of his ability to father another child.

I want to say Congratulations to Celine and Rene on the Pregnancy I have been a fan of Celine since she came out with Her song Where Does my Heart beat now in the early 90's I was between the ages of 12 and 13 and i still listen to her all this years I agree she is a class Act which you do not fine with a lot of pop,Rock, rap ecetra stars today....

For the people making comments about their age ... Age is just a number I do not believe in agism...

You f***ing idiot! Don't you realize that having a baby at any age is a blessing, not a curse! I cannot believe they let you say something like that on AOL. I just wish they would monitor the postings better than they obviously do. Celine and Rene, I congratulate you on your new bundle of joy. I totally agree with JuJU. A man of 67 is just too plain old to be a father. They wont't have the patience, energy in 4 years to come when the darling wants to be entertained. Rene might well be a young 74 by then, but his body won't. The poor kid will be thinking, "why is my grandpa taking me and picking me up from school and activities", if that case happens. Celine, if I looked in the mirror and saw Celine, I would probably do the same. Snag what I could, or any gyser that would want me.

SO WHAT if Rene is 67 years old, and who are you people to judge whether Rene and Celine get pregnant? Who knows how long we are going to live, and we should live life to the fullest....no matter how old we are. I was 34 when my husband died at age 33, and we had a four year old son. Even IF I had known my husband was going to die at such an early age, I still would have gotten pregnant, and NO I never had to live off the government either.

Rene and Celine seem like such loving parents and they have wanted children for such a long time. I'm sure at age 67 Rene will be a good dad, that's more than I can say about a lot of father's that are much younger than he is!!!! I say congratulations, and my thoughts and prayers are with you Celine and Rene.

First, learn to spell. I do not care if a man is 25 or 67, if he can financially support a child and the tax payers do not have to do it-go for it.
There is no guarantee that a father of any age will live until their children are grown and many, many do not (how many have we lost in the war!)It is not quanity it is quality. Congratulations to them.

that was a horrible thing to say!! He might easily live to 90 yrs. old, and his child would be a grown adult. If not Celine has enough money and love to give another child. Furthermore, a man can be 35 and father a child and get killed a year later, so should we all stop having kids?! Keep your thoughts to yourself!!!! Hopefully you don't have kids because you don't know the first thing about unconditional love.....
