I love how they say sexual assault, sexual assault is more like grabbing a womans ass, not raping her, that's called rape, or sexual battery.

Sexual assault includes the charges of "four counts of forcible rape, two counts of assault with intent to commit rape and two counts of sexual penetration by a foreign object". Grabbing someones rear is one part of sexual harassment.

Agreed! Alex, your daft. Forcible pentration is the key words in this situation. If the women were touched in ways they did not want to be, then thats considered assault...buddy. Let some man that isn't my husband touch me. They'll see how much I like touch back.

If all these things are so, that he is charged with. Then he deserves what he will probably get, unless it is swept under the rug, providing he has money enough to get that done...
In this world there are too many attractive young things that would jump his bones, and not have to be forced.. Sex is available to anyone.. There is NEVER a need for rape, regardless of what it is called...

Wait. Regarding what Alex said, I think his /her point was that the article stated "...charging him with counts of sexually assaulting four women..." with the point being that it WAS rape and that the article writer's interpretation was wrong. (I haven't seen the police report so I don't know exactly what he WAS charged with.) But I agree with Alex. Rape needs to be CALLED "rape" and not downplay it by softening it to "sexual assault". So, gtschev and jwfairy32, go back and READ what Alex wrote.

Thank you, yes that's exactly what i was saying, that they use that term for someone grabbing an ass and for people getting raped, which downplays it, when i clicked on it i expected something like he fondled a women not literally raped her, both are bad but i think we can all agree rape is way more horrifying.

Some guys need to force women. It's the only way they can get it up. Sickos for sure, but if it weren't for the weirdos, how would we know we aren't the perverts?

*ALEX, you might want to learn what "sexual harrassment" is so that way you don't find yourself behind bars!! Seems like you think it's Ok to grab a females azz but how would you feel if someone grabbed the azz of a female family member of yours?? Say like, your wife( if you have one), your sister (if you have one) OR your MOTHER!!! I bet if that happened, you'd be singing a differnt tune!! You, just like this so called dancing pro are nothing but PIGS!!!! I say, once he's found guilty, throw his azz in PRISON (where he can get HIS AZZ poked & touched) and let him stay there for the rest of his life!!! If our laws were changed, made harsher when it comes to certain crimes, maybe people would think twice before committing them!! Just a thought... Peace

You're not very intelligent if you couldn't understand what i was saying, and i'm a woman, don't assume i'm a guy because my name is alex, and if you don't get something read it over and over until you do, and until you comment, and fyi if someone grabbed my sisters or moms ass, i'd be mad, but nowhere near the anger i'd have if they were raped, normally guys that rape are in a totally different category then a man that would grab a womans ass.

*TheDudeinLA... Maybe you don't know your friend as well as you think you do!! To not know the difference between rape and what is under or considered "sexual harrassment", one has to wonder 1. how smart is this dude and 2. how's he getting so much from females!! As usual, another "pig" defending it's PIG FRIEND!! LOL As I said, I don't think ALEX would be debating what the differences are between "rape vs. sexual harrassment" if something like this happened to a female in HIS FAMILY!! Instead of feeling for the 4 girls that this happened to, he's got to knit pick about how the artilce was written. Well, if the amount of his BAIL isn't an indication of just how seriously this azz wholes crimes are, then I don't know what would be!! *rolling eyes* Peace

HEY first of all i'm a woman, second i have no clue what you're talking about, i think that when someone is raped you should say rape or it downplays it, if i was raped and someone called it sexual assault honestly i'd be infuriated that they are putting it in the same category as a slap on the ass ok, and of course i feel for the girls, that's exactly why i said that because it makes it seem like it's nothing, that said, i don't have to put all my feelings in a comment, if i did i'd be saying how much i want to kill this man and help the girls.
