Exclusive: 'Indictments Are Coming' in Jackson Case

In reference to word that Katherine Jackson is possibly planning on filing a wrongful death suit in the Jackson case, Halperin tells PopEater that "the reason Katherine is now preparing a wrongful death suit is that she and the family have been informed by the LAPD that indictments are coming down against more than one doctor. Conrad Murray is broke so a lawsuit against him won't net much, but some of the other doctors are rolling in money and they are fair game."
Halperin says that "Katherine is just as concerned at this point with the money of the guys who surrounded Jackson, who she is convinced looted her son's assets in his final years." As for the estate control part of the Jackson's case, Halperin says he's "learned in the last few days that Michael definitely didn't want [co-executors John Branca and John McClain] to control his estate at the time of his death. I've learned that from key sources close to Michael. That's why Katherine is pursuing this in court."
Seidlin tells PopEater that "the Michael Jackson case is Anna Nicole 2," and even says he's "willing to volunteer out of my own pocket and go to California and be a mediator to resolve this case. with Joe Jackson, Katherine Jackson, the executors of the estate and [Debbie] Rowe, and bring these parties together. These three children of Michael Jackson need stability. They need a stable, healthy environment."

Seidlin agrees with Halperin about upcoming charges, saying that "criminal charges are going to flow from this case. I'm prepared to predict with certainty that people will be charged with crimes. They want to dot every I and cross every T. "
Seidlin says the Los Angeles Police Department has "their suspects twisting in the wind. Their knees are shaking ... All the stars line up in the sky and then that pinball machine completely lights up and then they hand down charges against doctors, enablers, pharmacies. At the end, there wil be a number of people wearing striped pajamas."
He also tells us that it may "take a year, year-and-a-half to slam the folks they have as targets."

Who cares? The pedophile is dead...let him rot in peace.

I CARE !!!.....And I find your comment uglier than anything MJ was ever accused of....Go troll somewhere else !!
THERE ARE A LOT OF PEOPLE THAT CARE! WHO MADE YOU GOD ANYWAY. I THOUGHT THAT HERE IN THE U.S. WE WERE PRESUMED TO BE INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY. MAYBE YOU DIDN'T READ THAT THE BOY WHO FIRST MADE THE ACCUSATIONS ADMITTED HE WAS LYING & THAT HIS DAD JUST WANTED MONEY. THERE WAS AN INTERVIEW WITH THE MEMBERS OF THE JURY IN THE TRIAL SAID THE BOY NOR HIS PARENTS WERE CONVINCING THEM OF MICHAEL JACKSON DOING WRONG. DURING THOSE ACCUSATIONS IS WHEN MICHAEL STARTED TO CHANGE. THE BOYS & THEIR FAMILIES SHOULD BE CHARGED. THEY ARE TO BLAME FOR HIS PROBLEMS. ALSO YOU WOULD PROBABLY BE HURTING FROM THE BURNS HE RECEIVED MAKING THAT PEPSI COMMERCIAL. I HAVE A DISEASE THAT CANNOT BE CURED & THE DOCTORS TOLD ME THAT THRE WAS NOT ENOUGH PAIN MEDS OF ANY KIND TO EVER STOP THE PAIN. I GO ALL NIGHT WITHOUT GOING TO BEDS FOR DAYS AT A TIME & I KEEP DEMEROL HERE AT HOME & I ALONG WITH PROBABLY 80% OF THE REST OF THE COUNTRY TO TAKE XANAX. I CAN'T IMAGINE HOW ISOLATED HE FELT. I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND WHY HE KEPT HIS KIDS FACE COVERED. A LOT OF STARS TRY TO KEEP THEIR FAMILIES AWAY FROM THE MEDA YET PEOPLE LIKE YOU SEE THAT IS WEIRD. IT IS PEOPLE LIKE YOU WHO ARE WEIRD. BY THE WAY I AM A 62 YR. OLD CAUCASION GRANDMOTHER & WOULD ALLOW MY 3 GRANDSONS TO HAVE VISITED MJ. WHY CAN'T YOU & OTHERS JUST ALLOW MICHAEL REST IN PEACE. HE NEVER HAD PEACE HERE. I AM SURE THE ANGELS ARE SINGING & DANCING WITH HIM.
GOD BLESS YOU MICHAEL & FAMILY!!
I agree I care also! But can we please bring on the charges, everyday it is the same thing, arrest these "so called" Dr's already!

Michael made a choice to take all of those drugs, including the IV. HE is responsible for his own death.

MJ went full circle. In the end it seemed the money was all gone and he was addicted to drugs. How different would life had been if he stayed in Gary Indiana and wasn't famous?
Reply
I guess this is too several comments, I do not know if you've been reading or watched his last practice performance but if he was addicted to drugs he sure hid it well. Yes after the Pepsi incident he was hooked but my understanding was he got help for his addiction.I just don't know how you can pass a 4 hour physical and bluff your body builder ect. Makes me wonder if people were not after the songs that were not published yet? I guess it will all come out but you have to look at it from both sides...
Yep....I will answer....WHO gives a fu$k what Al and Jesse does...except I guess YOU!

Doctors have to be held accountable for the drugs that they adminster. If the patient is not in need of specific drugs then the Doctors are no better than drug dealers and should face the same criminal charges!

Exactly.
Niggakilla,
Ignorance is not pretty. Odds are your parents raised you that way. Sad for you, sad for America. I'm white, and I say power to the people! I don't care if you're purple. We are all brothers and sisters- members of the human race. What a world this would be if we all treated each other with love and respect. Grateful MY parents raised me to love, not hate.

MOVE TO KENYA AND TAKE THE ODUMBO TRIBE WITH YOU...
You are exactly right. Color should not be an issue in this case. Black, white, purple, orange, whatever, the point is that someone somewhere--a doctor I'm betting--screwed up and a musical prodigy who will never be topped has passed away too young. Niggakilla, you are a pig and a jerk and I can't believe you would talk like that about anyone.
This is to n*ggakilla:
You seem to have a chip on your shoulder against something or someone and you use this board to verbally assault people. You seem to have a lot of time on your hands and very little clarity to using the English language. Everyone is entitled to an opinion and just like the a**hole you are, some just stink like your little comical tidbits intended to upset someone. GET A LIFE or get a job. Seek therapy. Pray because you need it.

I care! I care greatly because this man will be missed so much it's unbelievable. It's just like Usher sand at the memorial..."gone too soon." I think that whoever assisted in his death--and at least one person did, enablers and such--gets just what thye deserve. Whether his death was deliberate or a freak accident, the fact is that he has died and everyone wants to know why and who was involved OTHER THAN MJ. It may take time, but the truth will come out somehow...I just hope it's sooner rather than later. RIP MJ, may God be with your family and especially your children.

There are three children who no doubt care a great deal.
All else aside, his passing is sad for this reason alone.

I CARE. Millions of people all over the world are saddened by the loss of a kind and loving soul due to bad choices and enablers surrounding him. MJ gave millions to charity without publicity. He had many messages of love and kindness in much of his music, and we would all do well to listen. It is comforting to know that at least he knew before he died that millions of people did still believe in and admire him when he sold out 50 concerts instead of the 10 that were scheduled. I hope that his soul is at peace now.

Indictments absolutely should be on the way in this case, the activity of the doctors in cases like Michael's and Anna Nicole Smith's is nothing short of criminal and these quacks should be held accountable. Abusing their medical license and putting lives in jeopardy and for what? So that when Michael began to tour again he might buy the doctor a Mercedes or so that if Anna's bogus estate claim every stole money from the Marshall family that she would purchase rolexes for all the members of her traveling circus? Apparently the doctors who practice this sort of medicine are not too keen on cost/benefit analysis or else they would've wised up before they started gambling with human lives.

I CARE. MILLIONS UPON MILLIONS OF PEOPLE CARE. There will never be another as gifted as this beautiful, incredibly kind, sweet man, and someone or someones KILLED HIM. And no, he didn't deserve it, didn't want it, and didn't do it to himself. Doctors take oaths to first, do no harm. They are also responsible for what they do and dispense to their patients. No one had any business giving propofol to this man. That alone should be a criminal offense. As for anything and everything else, be patient. It will happen when and where and to whom it is provable that it should happen. Until then, and for the rest of our lives, we will grieve our loss.
