"I did not want to be dragged into all this. I did not want to be a part of this," McCready told Access Hollywood, WENN reports.
Peniche accused her former 'Celebrity Rehab' roommate of stealing the homemade movie while they were on Dr. Drew's show together.
But, McCready is hitting back at the former Beauty Queen's allegations. "She is evil personified, she is evil in human form. She will hurt anyone she can to make money," the singer said.
Peniche has also denied releasing the footage. "If I was going to leak it, I would have done that a long time ago," she explained.
Currently, the police are investigating how the tape of the 'Grey's Anatomy' star, his wife and Peniche frolicking naked in a Jacuzzi made its way onto the Internet.

Given her past history and personal demons, Mindy is an easy target for "yeah, it wasn't me it was her...she leaked the tape." Umm, not to state the obvious, but how the hell did Mindy know the tape existed to begin with unless Kari Ann bragged about it. This is a former teen beauty queen who couldn't wait to earn a buck by posing nude for Playboy as Miss Teen USA! So I believe Mindy when she says Kari Ann will do anything to make money. I've thought from the very beginning that Kari Ann herself leaked the tape to generate a little more buzz for her career in the entertainment business.

I don't understand why everyone feels the need to ccomment on the tape or their relationship. So what if they wanted to have a three way. If that's what they wanted then good for them. The same goes for the tape. Why does it matter if they taped it? It was a personal tape and shouldn't have been released. Think of how many ordinary people in this country make their own sex tapes.
