Jon Gosselin Wants To Quit Reality Show?

If Jon Gosselin could give up his reality tv show, he'd do it in a heartbeat. But the 'Jon and Kate Plus 8' star says he's stuck filming and doing promotional appearances, trying to make as much money as possible.

According to reports, the Gosselin clan makes an estimated $75,000 per episode.

"I wish I had a 9 to 5 job instead of the nightmare I'm living. This is 24/7," he told Us Magazine.

"I don't even want to do taping for the show anymore," Gosselin added.

But it isn't that easy, he adds. "I have two houses and eight children to take care of and I need to work," he said.

Gosselin later told PEOPLE that his words were misquoted. "A fan asked me, 'Don't you sometimes wish you could go back to a 9-to-5 job?' [And my reply was,] 'Yeah, because this is 24/7 and 9-to-5ers punch in and punch out and you have no responsibilities,'" he said.

Jon is a lying, good-for-nothing slob that got fired - FIRED - from his IT job. He then worked for their friends but lost that job, too. As for "Aunt Jodi", she sounds like she's more than just a little jealous, and she and her husband (Kate's brother, of all things) must have fallen for Jon's lies - lock, stock and barrel. Yoiu know, you can't pick your family, but you can pick your friends. Godd luck on that, Kate. With the rats in your life, you need all the luck you can grab!

You're right Jon...you should just go back to a 9-5 IT job so you would be lucky to make $75,000 A YEAR
instead of per episode. But wait, weren't you finding it difficult to KEEP a mundane regular job?!? due to your sloppy work ethic. What company
would hire you? who would be stupid enough to finance one of your hairbrain schemes?
Your kids are fortunate that Kate stays the course
under public scrutiny and criticism to provide for the future of YOUR CHILDREN as yoy will always be a dedabeat dad.

Quit spending so much Jon and you could stop the show. You've earned more than most people earn in a lifetime. You made choices and now you complain about the outcome. You should be grateful that the show provided for all those children.You would have barely made without the show.You are looking for satisfaction in all the wrong places. Wake up!

by the looks of his FAT stomach he could sign up to be on the next season of the biggest looser!!! That or make a "new" reality show...I suggest "I look like a constipated monkey in every picture I have even been in" or "I am a human douche bag!!!" those would be rating HITS!!!!!

These parents both have issues. How often is a divorce only the fault of one spouse? Kate "forced" kids on Jon LONG before he was ready! Then, he wanted to wait when she insisted to have more.
He was in no way prepared for all the kids or attention.
She had him p-whipped LONG before the show; K always wore the pants in the family. She can be verbally abusive, and he put up with it. Her agenda was to have all the things she never had growing up and projected that on the kids.
Kate loves the attention. Jon says he hates it. Yet, he is out at college parties and with women 10-15 yrs younger. DUH? Why would that get him more attention?
They should all be in counseling to at least give the kids a chance to be emotionally healthy. Talk about a soap opera gone bad! TLC-show some class and CANCEL J&K+8!
***In real life-some people NEVER grow up. I was married to one such person. Tons of talent, educated, from a good family, etc. couldn't manage to be responsible or accountable. 4 wives-4 or more kids; still in denial 40 yrs later!!!

Jon was working, Kate was a home, as a full time mom. The move, which Kate really wanted, was the reason Jon quit his job. Sometimes you need to stop, look and realize that you have what you really need and what you think you really want will just goof up your life and never make you happier than you are already. Wish I could attach the story that a friend just sent to me that has that moral to it as it really fits this situation.

The way this will end is with Jon and Kate appearing on "D-List Celebrity Circus", with Kate as the Lion Tamer with whip in hand and Jon as the Sissy Castrated Toothless Lion. Their Eight little meal tickets will be their Sidekicks. They'll use them for tricks like how many meal tickets can you fit in a VW, The Eight Meal tickets Walk the Tightrope, etc. We all know if they paid them enough $$$$ they would do it!!

I wonder if he thought about getting a job before he and Kate got inseminated and ended up with the rest of their broad now totalling 8 children. I think it's amazing that they can create such a large family on the taxpayer dime, land a TV gig and use their children to earn money and not have to pay hard working taxpayers back for what they took.

Poor Jon!!! A 9 to 5 job??? From what I remember you had a few of those. You got "laid off" a number of times and the last one you quit to become a reality star. Now that you have a name for yourself you want the old life back? YOU ARE A LIAR AND A CHEAT....shame on you.
