Who said reality TV was easy? A glimpse into the rehearsals for 'Dancing with the Stars' shows pairs of dancers hard at work practicing steps for the upcoming season. Lots of sweat, lots of tripping over feet and still some time for smiles and high fives.

When 'Dancing With the Stars' returns in the fall, 16 dancers will be competing for the Mirror Ball Trophy, the largest number ever, including Donny Osmond.

The list includes singer Mya, Aaron Carter, model Kathy Ireland, 'Entourage' star Debi Mazar and Melissa Joan Hart, best known for her roles in 'Clarissa Explains It All' and 'Sabrina the Teenage Witch.'

Others joining are former Dallas Cowboy Michael Irwin, Kelly Osbourne, UFC fighter Chuck Lidell, Natalie Coughlin, Joanna Krupa, Tom Delay, Ashley Hamilton, Mark Dacascos.

Fan favorite dancers Karina Smirnoff and Maksim Chmerkovskiy be also be returning, as well as new pro dancer Anna Demidova.

Cheryl Burke is my favorite 'Dancing With The Stars' female dancer, she and Emmit were fun to watch ... she should have won last year with Gilles Marini for her third title. I can't believe she is partnered with Tom Delay this year. Poor girl! :)

I'd like to see Edyta Silwinska win just once, she has so much patience! Maybe, this year with George Hamilton's son, Ashley Hamilton. Hey, he is a looker. Wow! ...

Also, Kym Johnson is another one of my favorites, seems like she gets stuck sometime with stiff dancers. Oh well, she has Donny Osmond this year, maybe he will surprise us all.

Kelly Osbourne, I love Ozzie, actually the entire family, so I wish her well, but Louis Van Amstel is a little too uppity for me, I think it will be hard for Kelly to click with him.

And how does Derek Hough get the babes? Does he refuse to come back, unless he gets one?

Tony Dovolani is another one my favorites, but even before Melissa Rycroft got hurt he should have done a better job choreographing. Let's see what he can do with Kathy Ireland. Unless, she is stiff, she'll be ready.

Hope Michael Irvin can perform without cocaine, or smokin' and tokin'. :o)

I'll just be glad when 'Dancing'WTS starts back up. It is a "breathe of fresh air" show. Or was, until Tom Delay entered the picture! Gag a maggot! LOL

He is a good dancer but even if he isn't, he has the largest fan base.

Like it or not that is all this show is about --who has the most followers.
