Eddie Cibrian Files For Divorce, Heads to Mexico With LeAnn Rimes

The marriage of actor Eddie Cibrian and Brandi Glanville is officially over. Glanville has confirmed that Cibrian filed for divorce Monday, after eight years of marriage. "He filed yesterday and I accepted it," Glanvlle told E! News. "We're getting a divorce. We talked to each other yesterday."

The papers were filed four months after rumors first surfaced that Cibrian, 36, was having an affair with his 'Northern Lights' co-star LeAnn Rimes. Since separating from their respective spouses, Cibrian and Rimes have taken their relationship public. Glanville claims, "They're going on vacation this weekend to Mexico ... I'm looking forward to seeing those pictures."

The divorce, she says, will be a positive step for the whole family. Glanville told E!, "It's just over for me. We're both happy. This is going to be good."

How very sad. Poor kids and I'm very sorry to the ex-spouses. I hope that LeAnn and Eddie can live with themselves. If he did it to his wife he will do it to you eventually LeAnn. Better enjoy your fruits while you can because you will be so sorry later that you allowed this to happen.

I agree. The children will be the ones to suffer. I cannot understand why some people think that the grass is always greener o the ther side. That grass will wither and dry up just like the last pasture. What goes around comes around, it always does. Probably not until after another couple kids though. It is really sickening.

If they cheated on their first spouses, they'll cheat on each other. If he cheats on LeAnn, she'll just move on to the next chump. Right now, it's all new and exciting to them, but just watch what happens when the shine wears off.

why the hell should she be quiet?? He flat out lied to her, telling her that Leann was stalking him, then come to find out - no, he's just cheating with her! they had a marriage, which should have been built on trust, if you can't trust your husband to tell you the truth, where do you turn for answers?? I mean, they went on double dates together! how disrespectful is that? Can't you imagine how Brandi must feel?? At least she's speaking the truth. Their kids will find out sooner or later that their dad is a jerk.

I'm glad she is speaking up - infidelity hurts and breaks families apart. LeeAnn is still young and has no clue what she is in store for - she is clueless and Eddie is a flat out jerk. Brandi you have your children and you did nothing wrong. Best wishes.

So whatever he cheated BFD people! I think she needs to move on. Neither are the better person here the way she has been talking her $hit. Be the bigger person here by not slamming him. If he has been an absentee father then that is his wrong but dont slam him in the press cause it only makes u look stupid. What are your kids gonna say later when they read what u have been saying. Let them form their own opinions about their father. If you continue to bad mouth him it is gonna backfire on you big time with those children.

If the marriage was good, he wouldn't be leaving and LeAnne wouldn't be leaving her husband. They fell in love and let's face it...found a better deal. That's what we all do...if we have common sense. Grow up people, you can's sit back and expect your spouse to stay with you if you aren't meeting their needs or if their needs change...people change...so what...they are supposed to stay with you and be unhappy? and by the way, I'm a 55 year old grand mother happy to be in my second marriage.

What do you mean bad mouthing him? He CHEATED ON HER!!!!!!!!!! He deserves no sympathy and no discretion from her. He cheated during their marriage. She's the victim. She owes him nothing. She owes him no courtesy. Nothing she's said can be disputed. The pictures of him are in the papers. SHE didn't take them. She is on the receiving end of the betrayal. People who are happily married don't cheat - period! It takes two to tango and he wanted to dance. He's made no secret of being with her - not hiding from the cameras or anything, so he's where he wants to be. His wife has every right to be upset, but if it weren't LeAnne, it would have been someone else, because he clearly wasn't happy. And poor LeAnne, married so young to someone who has been rumored for years to be gay, that couldn't have been easy for her and when she found chemistry and love with someone else, she went for it. I don't buy the homewrecker stuff. I hope they are happy together and that her ex-husband and his ex-wife both find wonderful new men to share their lives with.
