Kate Talks Show, Divorce With Larry King

Kate Gosselin made her second appearance on 'Larry King Live' to discuss her life since the divorce, how she's handling being "lonely," why she signed up for the reality series in the first place and what the kids think of their parents' split.

"They understand the process," she tells Larry. "They're working through it the same way that Jon and I are. They're doing remarkably well." Watch the Interview

During the interview, King pries some details about the cop-calling incident out of Kate.

"It was not this huge fight. It was just a thing where I wanted to be there with the kids as opposed to a babysitter. And he wasn't fond of that idea," she explains.

Will the show go on? She can't speak for Jon, but Kate plans to keep filming.

"Myself and the kids will continue the show. I signed my name to a contract and I am going to do my best to make that work as long as it is healthy and safe for myself and the kids."

from how she says it...Myself & the kids..that pretty much reveals how egotistic Kate is..she loves herself too much..she wants the limelight..that's why the show must go on even without Jon..the kids are her props..

Actually - the sentence is grammatically correct. I really respect Kate. Obviously she has had to put up with an immature lazy husband for years. Who wouldn't get a bit nasty dealing with that. I hope she has future sucess and single handedly supports the children. I also hope that instead of awarding Jon alimony, the judge makes him GET A JOB!

The correct way to begin the sentence is: The Kids and I.... I is the subject, myself is not. Myself is a reflexive pronoun. Reflexive pronouns reflect back to the subject of the sentence, they are not the subject of the sentence.
If she wants to use myself, one way would be to say, "I will raise the kids myself."

Unfortunately, many people confuse the use and meaning of reflexive pronouns. Just because it is used incorrectly doesn't make it right (at least not at this time in English.)

How would they know whether or not they want to do the show or not.
They know of NO OTHER LIFE than being in front of the cameras.

She is so full of it! And full of herself. She obviously has been coached. How can filming your family 24/7 be "healthy"? Myself and the kids... It's more like myself and the money.

This woman needs to be stopped, or committed, one or the other. Poor little Kate, so lonely, stay home with your kids and you won't be lonely. I previously did not like her, but now she is really disgusting. Focus on your children, like spending some time with them for a change, and you might not be lonely. Stop running to all these TV shows to keep your name in the limelight. Your ratings have dropped on TLC, no one pities you. HONEY YOU GOT WHAT YOU ASKED FOR! Live with it.

Where are Kate's friends and family? She has cut everybody off, so now she's lonely.

I really don't understand you people, with 8 kids and a soon to be ex like Jon, what do expect her to say. She wants to provide the best posible life for her children. Mr. Dugger of 18 kids and counting said they spend less time filming for the show then most kids spend watching t.v. and I can't imagine this show is any different.They aren't filmed 24/7 that is rediculous. These kids are lucky to have the opportunities they have with the show. Seeing how Jon is acting, I believe their divorce would have happened t.v. show or no t.v. show. I think the green-eyed monster has bitten a few of you out there.

Please everyone if you have watched the show you will know since DAY 1 that Kate said that she is doing it for the $$$ she never lied about that at all! And who are WE to tell her that she has enough?? If you don't like it don't watch it!
I wouldn't doubt that TLC is coaching her to say certain things! Their show is a HUGE HIT to their program! So bottom line stop saying stupid things like, "She is just doing it for the money!" BLAH, BLAH, BLAH! SERIOUSLY guys SHE ALREADY ADMITTED TO THAT IN HER FIRST SHOWS!

"Just doing it for the money" in no way makes it healthy or correct for your children. Police at the house, berating the Father of your children, kicking him out of the house to live over the garage; all really great things to have your children exposed to for the sake of the money. This is more about being egocentric and basically prostituting your family to remain in the public eye. Greed is ruling this woman, not being a good Mother.

Kate get over yourself - Your not a star, your nothing more than a rabbit. Over populating the world with screaming children and a very obnoxious mother. It's not wonder John is leaving all she ever did was belittle him constantly. She is always intrupting him when he talks to correct him on something, but if he says a word while she talks she just blows up. Talk about rude behavior. She's just nasty. The show needs to go away and take her with it. No one cares about this bossy, money hungry witch anymore. I feel sorry for the kids being stuck in the middle, but theirs kids all over this world in the same situation. But lucky for them they don't have Kate as a mother.
