It's a wish! What these idiot producers fail to realize - on ALL these "reality" shows is that they take something good, blow it up to destruction, and think we come to watch it for that. NO, maybe we think they might overcome this idiot theme! But alas, they never do. They destroy them and leave them to die along the wayside.

What is this world coming to?? Kate on the View what a joke... Instead of one -ichty woman now there will be two. I feel sorry for the poor people that got tickets for that show... I just hope Jon ends up with the children Kate doesnt deserve the breath she breathes...

I give Kate lots of credit....at least she is thinking ahead on ways how to support her 8 children. That is more than, I think, Jon is doing. Money goes way too fast on all income levels nowadays. Good luck Kate in all your endeavors. At least she isnt sitting on her posterior crying into her soup and saying "woe is me."

Cash Cow? Not Kate! She takes care of those kids...If everyone has so much negative to say,you go take care of the eight kids!!! It is very exensive to raise eight kids and make sure they have the be of everything! She may be demanding,but she makes sure her kids are WELL taken care of! It will be an honor to watch her on " The View"! She works hard everyday to provide for those kid! Ya'll act like she's been getting all good publicity! That goes to show you, she is in this for her kids!

Who knows what the truth really is? I don't know either one of them, and don't want to judge them...although I have to say I have not been overly impressed with Jon's behavior, and it is a cop-oup to just blame Kate. As far as Kate is concerned, I know what it costs to raise 3 children all the way through college, and there is no way that you can raise 8 on a nurse's salary. Kate may have her faults, but I can't blame her for maximizing her income opportunities. Many others would do the same!

Why does Kate keep getting invited to television talk shows when the only answers she will provide are in cookie cutter form? Her template of answers is getting annoying.

I love the show but nostly because of Whoopie. I think she's a riot, even when shes not trying to be.
I like Joy too, but Sherry and Elisabeth......oiy...not so much. LOL However, as much as i dislike Kate G. I will have to catch it for a few mins just to see if they turn it into "about her" If so, that's a cat fight i would enjoy.........I cant STAND Kate!

everyone is getting on Kate for being organized and having to keep order with 8 young kids. Jon is a bit of a flake and not much help so she has to be strict. And giving her a hard time about making money, it cost plenty raising 8 kids and if having a show gives them opportunities that the kids wouldnt have , their life is better because of the show. most moms have to work and if she can work with the kids most of the time but occasionally have other work without them , how is this a problem. Being strict and organized does not make her a bad mother, it is having order and boundaries that will serve her children well. You go girl!

Ole Kate will fit right in with the other hens. At least Elizabeth has enough common sense to be absent. I wonder how much money Elizabeth is paid? Must be a lot because the only reason to remain in this cackle club woud be money!

"liz has a temper"...give me a break. I've seen more viciousness from the other co-hosts than I've seen from Liz. If you call having to constantly go up against 4 opposing and often nasty mindsets temperamental, so be it. She handles that as well as can be expected and holds her own. As for Kate, whatever. I think they need new blood on that show, get rid of Walters who adds nothing to the discussion and is with making decisions for the show that have made it to where many gave up watching it years ago. I stopped watching it when Lisa Ling left, then tuned in with O'donnell about 6 times and then threw in the towel. Watched it again with Whoopie a few times and saw a little change but mostly same old, same old - 4 against 1 kind of discussions and said NO MORE.

We keep hearing what a devoted Mother she is. She seems to be on the road making appearances more than she's home. Why is everyone so interested in these two? Kate on The View...give me a break! Next, we'll see Jon on one of the talking heads shows. Other than the fact that they have 8 children, what makes them so special?

Well I can see them asking someone like Kate I mean look at the ditz that is going on vacation and what she brought to the show! Nothing but being I total air head if you do not agree with her or have all her beliefs. We all know it has nothing to do with what she can do for the show per say , it has to do with what kind of money she can make and what kind of ratings she can bring for now she is the talk of the town, so I think they know exactly what they are doing. Big ratings for them, more juicy gossip for the public and more money for her kids (SO SHE SAYS)!

Who cares??? Kate is really no mother, she has people to do everything for her, unlike a REAL mother who takes care of her family, she has nothing of value to add to this worthless waste of airtime. She is nothing but a money grabbing wanna be who should be ashamed to call herself a mother.

Nobody is asking them who is taking care of your children.
Some one has to secure the families future.
Her partner would rather sit on his moms couch and

I think Kate has become comfortable in front of the cameras, so why not accept these offers? She has a right to make a living, and I think she will make a great TV personality apart from the kids show.
