VMA's Get a Little 'West Side Story'
By PopEater Staff Posted Aug 26th 2009 01:34PM
Everyone knows that the MTV Video Music Awards are the highlight of the year for the young set when it comes to award shows, so it's great (and surprising) to see that MTV is channeling a little nostalgia with a new 'West Side Story'-themed commercial for the show. In it, current superstars like Taylor Swift, Katy Perry and host Russell Brand have the whole Jets vs. Sharks vibe going on, plugging this year's show (Sept. 13 @ 9pm EST). Watch the promo here:
Also hitting the streets on Wednesday was a funny little commercial spot starring host Brand and Britney Spears, doing a little bit of flirting via their brains. Seriously, check it out:

Neyo ought to leave the wannabe Michael Jackson antics left to the one and only... how lame is it that someone can't be original to come up with dances that haven't been that of another artist.

How come the news left out the punk comment from Kanye to Taylor...what a low class jerk. Shows his true colors. I liked Kanye in the beginning, however his arrogance needs to stay at home.
I say boycott all his music and let this boy suffer some. Even Beyonce (or whatever) appologised for the stupid idiot.
