Anderson Cooper Rips Into Speidi

We always knew that Anderson Cooper was the silver fox, but we never knew just how sharp his claws were! Thanks to Heidi Montag and her Miss Universe performance, Anderson was ready to pounce and did just that, tearing Heidi (wife of our pal Spencer Pratt) to shreds, saying she has found a "fresh new way to embarrass herself." Cooper put the hard news on hold this week to dedicate two minutes to eviscerating Montag and her performance, starting off his rant with the following: "I don't really know who this person is, nor why she is pretending to be a singer nor why anyone should listen to her, but apparently she's famous."

He continued, saying that Montag is "so famous she actually Twitters.... And she Twittered to congratulate herself. She tweeted she had so much fun, and she also thanked God. I don't think God had anything to do with this production."

After a quick back-and-forth with a CNN contributor, Cooper hypothesized that "If God has the time to work on this production and that's the best God can do, we're all in trouble." When Cooper continued, saying he wasn't sure who Heidi even was, his counterpart informed him that "she's married that annoying Spencer Pratt." Ouch.

Anderson Cooper is one of the most respected journalists on television. Why should he waste air time, his breath and risk killing his credibility by talking about this pair of nobodies?

KillTheDumb, you're kidding right? Do you know anything at all? Anderson Cooper will be relevant for years and years. These two no-talent hacks will be gone by 2011. They will be comical footnotes of pop culture by the early part of the next decade. They are nothing more then money-grabbing media whores and the public is beginning to figure them out.

I guess this is a another white priviledge. This girl is so fake and phony she might completely melt one day shopping. Why is she on a national stage in front of a nationwide audience. Your name fits, but I'm not sure why you are still alive? This girl is patheticly inept as both a dancer and a singer. There are hundreds of thousands of talented singers and dancers out there not able to get the break she got with absolutely NO talent. She couldn't even keep with the beat and lip sinc to her OWN SONG. Horrible! Anderson Cooper will not have to worry about her being around much longer, but he will still have a good career.

What an embarrassment of a performance. And sad, but not surprising, she's completely clueless to how really seriously awful it was! THAT was the best the Miss Universe Pageant could come up with? Sounds like the "sp" part of "spiedi" may have gotten on his knees and given The Donald a little something get the train wreck on the show.

Hey Harrison, sounds like you may have a little problem going there. Most guys who have to bash others with "gay" claims aren't that confident about their own sexuality, so they bash gays to prove how "macho" they are. Hmmmm. Usually proves true.

You know, I thought the same thing but you got that covered. Would you call that a wardrobe malfunction? It sure looks like she took a dump right before the performance but forgot to use a toilet. You have to say it was suitable for the "performance" if you can even call it that. Yowsa that was just about as bad as it comes. A perfect "load of crap" - pun intended! lol

You must be 5 years old, wait...even a 5 year old has much better taste and intelligence to see that "spidi(whatever)" are NOT celebrities and contribute NOTHING to society. In a few years they will be penniless and living in their trailer wondering where all the press went. Total losers!!!!!!!

Do these two idiots have real jobs? Every time you see Spencer he's holding up the bimbo's playboy copy!! Is that his job? Why are photographers wasting time photgraphing them?
