'Hung' Star Heche Hangs Ex Out to Dry

Anne Heche, who stars on the HBO show 'Hung,' appeared on 'David Letterman' last night -- to the detriment of her ex-husband, Coley Laffoon.

When asked to reveal her thoughts on her estranged ex, she replied "Can you say 'lazy ass' on TV?" Watch It

"He goes out to the mailbox and he opens up the little mailbox door and goes, 'Oh! I got a check from Anne! Oh! I got a check from Anne! Yay!' " she said of what Laffoon does for a living.

Heche and Laffoon went through a bitter divorce and custody battle, and although they reached a settlement six months ago, it rages on. The couple have a 7-year-old son together.

I can not stand this woman. She's gay, she's not, she's gay, she's not.If you ask me, she used Ellen to get famous, because its certainly not because she can act. I'm glad she has to pay alimony to her ex. God don't like ugly.

Just wondering how you know this... How do YOU know what God likes and doesn't like? Did he tell you? Just as you claim Anne used Ellen to get famous, maybe Anne's ex did the same with her! I certainly never heard of the loser until they were getting divorced. So maybe Anne's acting isn't Oscar-worthy, I still fail to see how YOU'D know what God likes and doesn't like, particularly UGLY... perhaps you should look at yourself before you call someone else's behavior UGLY.

She could care less about the impact her actions and statements have on her young son.She calls her ex a lazy ass and insinuates he uses her. Isnt she the one who pretended to like p***y until she got her name in the papers, then dumped Ellen??? Isnt she the one who wandered naked and high into someone's house claiming to be some alien named Celestia? Isnt she the same one who got pregnant to a camera man on a job(Coley), then left her son for months at a time to be raised by him? Even better, she started sleeping with her married co-star on another job and got pregnant to him too! Yeah, Id say she definately knows what a user and an ass is! Letterman should have grilled her about all of that, it would have at least been interesting.

After a divorce in 1984 that I did not want I felt much the same as Anne. I was perfectly happy with dating (and I do mean dating...not living together) where I maintained my home and he maintained his. That way, if we had a disagreement I could go back to my "nest" and let things cool down. 1989 began what turned out to be a 9-year relationship before we married in 1997. We have been happily married for one reason...we promised each other AND GOD that we would never end the marriage. And neither of us would ever consider breaking a promise to Him. We know that since God is at the center of our marriage, He will not give us a challenge heavier to bear than He will enable us to carry. Day by day we understand more and more the true meaning and joy of "marriage".
I would hope that someday soon, Anne would find the true joy of marriage.

We're admonished to "keep it classy' here as we comment. I think that is an appropriate way to characterize Anne Heche's behavior on Letterman - NO CLASS!

Wow. I found her behavior shocking. Those of us who have been through a divorce with children know how difficult it is. But, trashing your ex without mercy, no matter what you think of them is just the bottom of the barrel. If she's moved on, then move on for crying out loud. Stop resurrecting it to gain some kind of points in the public arena,.

She looked horribly unintelligent and classless.

I agree. At the end of the day, it doesn't matter how she feels about her ex, he's still her sons father and she should have enough respect for her son to not bad-mouth his daddy. He raised their son while she was working. I'm sure that boy adores his dad and one day he'll see this video online and hate her for it. She's digging her own grave. No class Anne.

I've never like Anne Heche, but no matter - if they have a 7 year old son, and she talks like this on national TV, what does she say to him all the time about his father??? It is not up to her to destroy his love for his father. I absolutely abhor women (and men) who use their children to get back at their exes. I didn't like her before, but after this - I am disgusted by her!
