Jackson's Death Officially a Homicide

The report also lists "benzodiazepine effect" as another factor that contributed to his death, due to the drugs midazolam, diazepam, lidocaine and ephedrine being found in his system as well.
In unsealed warrant documents that were released this week, it was noted that Jackson's doctor, Dr. Conrad Murray, admitted to giving the pop star 50 milligrams of propofol a night for a long period of time, but cut his dose to 25 milligrams.
According to TMZ, someone of Jackson's body size would need about 400 milligrams of propofol to sleep for 8 hours, which would amount to 16 times the dosage that Murray claims he gave Jackson.
Though the death has been ruled a homicide, that doesn't technically mean a crime was committed or that charges against others are guaranteed. It simply means that someone else's involvement played a role in the death. Others causes of death a coroner can use are: natural, suicide, accident, and "could not be determined."
While some details of Jackson's autopsy have been released, the coroner did not release the full report, citing ongoing investigations.
Jackson was 50 years old when he died on June 25.
Michael Jacksons Doctors
Dr. Conrad Murray, who was Michael Jackson's cardiologist, has been a primary person of interest in Jackson's death investigation. Murray has admitted to law enforcement that he administered the drug propofol to the singer. The powerful anesthetic is reportedly what killed Jackson.

Murray was at Jackson's house on the day that he died. According to new documents, he left Jackson to make some phone calls, and when he returned, the King of Pop was not breathing.

Another one of Jackson's doctors, dermatologist Arnold Klein, has also faced speculation that he may have provided the music legend with illegal prescription drugs. He has denied any involvement in Jackson's death.

Jackson's nutritionist Cherilyn Lee has told interviewers that Jackson begged her for drugs. "He didn't take any medications from me, I'm just nutritional. When it switched over to medication, especially that particular medication, I told him -- I only deal with nutrition," she says. Records from her office have been taken to aid in the investigation into his death.

Michael was innocent and he was proven innocent. Walk a day in his shoes and then judge a man. Just someone says something about you does not make it so. People are money hungry and they will stop at nothing to get it. The only thing Michael is guilty of is trusting people and sharing his beautiful voice and music with the world. God bless you Michael may you rest in Peace.

BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH. Christ let it go and move on. Here's an idea GIVE THIS KIND OF COVERAGE TO THE TROOPS THAT DEFEND THIS COUNTRY instead of someone who although a great musician, was a drug addict.

What are they defending us from? We aren't in any real war. It was all a fallacy and string of lies started by 'Dubya' and his buddies. We won our freedom over 200 years ago in the Revolutionary War. We don't need to hear about men overseas playing soldiers in the sand. I'd like to hear about getting the American people what they deserve: some health coverage-- for EVERYONE. Not just the rich and the politicians.
As for Michael, it's a tragedy. I love him and wish people would let him alone already.

YOU STUPIDNESS IS THAT OF A PERSON LOOKING AT THE COVER OF A BOOK BUT NOT ACTUALLY OPENING IT UP WHAT ABOUT THOSE CONVICTED AND LET OUT TO DO IT AGAIN . WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IS PUT YOUR TIME AND EFFORT INTO KEEPING THEM OFF THE STREETS . THE MAN IS DEAD AND GONE AND ONLY HE CAN ANSWER FOR HIS SINS. LET HIM REST IN PEACE.

Glenda,
Did you personally see Michael Jackson molest anyone? Do you have some proof that no one else knows about? If not, what you're doing is slandering the man's name and that can get you into trouble. If you can't prove the horrible things you are accusing him of, you're slandering and since you had it printed, it's libel too.
Talk what you know, not what you think!

To Glenda... You are so rude and do you not know he was found INNOCENT! Michael would NEVER harm a child, you need to learn about him before you slander his name. he was the most sensitive, kind, giving and loving man before he was murdered. How dare you slander a perfectly innocent dead man. You better lawyer up baby because if you keep talking this way you will be in court yourself. Wake up and appologize atleast think of his kid's and family.

Sadly, Jackson's death was his doing. He had repeatedly refused rehab, yet continued his addiction, never wanting to recover. That family of us can point blame all they want, but in actuality, they are just as much to blame as Michael. Anyone here of involuntary committment to an institution? Of course, not, money was too important to the Jackson's especially his useless father. Sad story all the way around. However, blame should be place where it belongs. Enough crapola of trying to put Michael on a pedestal and then blaming everyone else. Michael was far from the innocent victim, here.
