Anybody who thinks she hasn't has some work done is high. I don't care how much weight you lose, cheekbones don't just magically pop out of the sides of your face. Plus, she has OBVIOUSLY had two boob jobs. One to make them huge for the stripper flick & a second to bring them back to a more modest (but still bigger than natural) size. At least she still looks like herself though. She chose her plastic surgeon(s) very well.

Its very obvious she has had plastic surgery. No one looks so young at her age unless they have had help. The fact that she denies it just enforces the fact that she has had some major work done...

Her body is definitely more toned, which will make her face look toned as well. I have to say, she is aging well. Some people just have it in their genes.

Yes of course she has had surgery! It's so obvious in many of her pictures, not only these. I agree, cheekbones is one surgery she has had but she has also had either a lower face lift or receives some type of laser tightening around the jawline. In addition, she has had her under-eye wrinkles lasered and has had an upper eyelid lift.
And lets not forget implants, although I will give her credit for staying natural looking, and a breast lift.
By the way, I have worked for a cosmetic surgeon for 12 years and I am an "expert" on being able to tell what work people have had done. Go back and look at her older pictures, you will see what I'm talking about!

It's very noticable after looking at both the pix; the jaw line and chin line are different. Of course, we gotta remember she married a far younger guy, and if she'd gonna keep him, she's gotta do something to keep her appearance eye-appealing. For ppl in Hollyweird, who doesn't do some kind of plastic surgery? Personally, I think ppl should be happy with how they look on the outside; that's what makes us all individuals and NOT looking the same.

I have always given Demi her "props" for looking so natural, healthy and radiant at her age. I always thought she looked beautiful. If she did get something done, it was very light and not noticeable at all! I feel that she would look great even without plastic surgery. So many of the white female celebrities have gone under the knife and look like OLD, plastic, ghosts!!! Look at Beverly Johnson! she is beautiful and have had no plastic surgery. African-Americans have what white americans wish they had!

While Demi looks great, she denies going "under the knife". Has she denied having a boob job too? Remember her movie with Rob Lowe "About Last Night"? She had no chest. Then the movie "Striptease" came out and viola. Boobs. She has at least had that done. I guess since she robbed the cradle she feels she has to look younger or Ashton may stray. Thats the problem with Hollywood people. They think they have to look young as long as they can. What they fail to realize is people can tell when they have had a procedure done. One obvious way they can tell is when their face looks younger than the rest of their body. Saggy neck and loose skin. When we get older our skin looses that elasticity. Face it people, we all grow old. We all get wrinkled.

Get real, we all have seen her boobs, before and after Strip Tease, so we KNOW she had implants. The only thing really noticable in those two pictures is her cheekbones. If they are natural, hos come she does not have them in the older picture.

Of course she has. She had that "severe" look going on, it's all been softened. Just like she had a massive boob job for that stripper flick she was in, then had them removed. There is a lot of work she's had done. Even her knees were done because her thighs were falling.

She had a boob job for the stripper movie, after having 3 babies. If she had a boob job, there's no reason NOT to believe she believes in plastic surgery for enhancement and to "fix" things. I don't know why she wouldn't admit to it, but its a possibility.

Of course she had work done! Anyone who saw her "A" cup performance in St. Elmo's Fire can see that she had implants, but maybe she doesn't consider that "work"...as for her teeth, MORE WORK, but I'm not sure about her face-she can afford all of the non-invasive de-aging treatments in the world, and high-quality "spackle-like" makeup can hide lots of fine lines and wrinkles...but like most other Hollywood stars, its easier to lie.
