La Toya's 'Home' Video Tribute to Michael

Although La Toya Jackson's record label claimed she wouldn't be promoting her new album, she has decided to release her first single as a tribute to Michael Jackson. 'Home' is available on iTunes, and proceeds from the single's downloads will go to one of Michael's favorite charities, AIDS Project Los Angeles. See the music video after the jump. >>

Although she recorded the song before her brother's death, she felt the single should be re-released to pay tribute to him.

In her official publicity image for the single, she is seen in all-white with her arm extended upward and an image of Michael Jackson looking down at her from the sky. (See the photo on her official blog.)

I like the song, I know LaToya has gotten a bad rep over the years as have so many of the Jackson family most of all Michael. Above all else, they are talented and you can't take that away from them, other than that their live if really none of our business. Her tribute is sweet and my heart goes out to their family. I hope that everyone including Michael may find some peace.

Isn't this the same LaToya Jackson who threw her brother Michael under the bus when he was accused of child molestation? What a hypocrite...

You must remember that she was also a victim of brainwashing and manipulation by her ex white husband who was a loser and hooked up with her to solicit her for money. He not only emotionally manipulated her and for a time, turned her against her entire family, he beat her repeatedly. Once she managed to get away from his psychological grip, she retracted what she had said saying it was not true, but she feared more beatings from her ex. if she were to be truthful .

Michael's mother and sister Rebi are the Only ones who are witnesses of Jehovah. The siblings chose not to continue the faith of their mother, as noted by their life style and choices in their paths of life. Joseph, the father may have considered the beliefs and teachings, but didn't live by them. Obviously by the harsh cruel disciplinging of his children he inflicted. Also, as told by the made for television movie of the family and the executive producer-Jermaine Jackson, Joseph was raised up being spanked by the switch, and he continued the cycle, toward his children. Katheryn has remained faithful as a wife and mother. You have to admire her for the love and support she provided to all of her children, regardless of the fear and tolerance she had to put up with from her husband.

I agree with you, it's very wrong that his fans won't be able to visit his grave. I never heard that! Michael would be upset if he knew or could hear what was going on, it's such a shame, not even in death can they give him the love he deserved.

Religion has nothing to do with their lives. Not all of the Jackson's are J Witness. Take a look at the Jackson's nobody ever talks about or see's I am sure they are the true followers. As for LaToya if she wants to make a record more power to her. Look at all the people NOW that want to copy MJ and make such a fuss over him and his legacy now that he is gone. He is at peace now stop the negative comments people and go on with your lives. Life is too short don't you agree?????

The Jackson family is a total mess. LaToya has been trying to be a major star for years. She has no singing talent and needs to find another field of enertainment to go into; maybe fashion and makeup. Janet is not that talented either. Michael is the one with the vocal cords that people want to hear.
