Jenny McCarthy is fabulous - smart, funny, and beautiful. Her dogged determination saved her son from the horrific effects of autism. There are enough parents who have reported an immediate and horrific change in their childrens' cognition and communication immediately following immunization that it does rate further investigation. Perhaps certain kids' body chemistry interacts in a toxic way with the chemicals in the vaccine. Perhaps a slight error in measurement by the person administering the vaccine created enough of an overdose to damage the brain. Maybe the old-fashioned way of administering the vaccines individually instead of in a chemical cocktail is a possible solution. Many of the childhood diseases like rubella and mumps have few if any serious aftereffects IN CHILDREN. I would rather my child have a rash and a fever for a few days than risk the lifetime hell of many forms of autism.

TO CARONGIRLS: At least some people took the time to research the facts before making ignorant comments such as yours. Obviously YOU took the time to read the posts, you may also want to educate yourself when it comes to spelling and grammar. Grow up.

Jenny is cute as a bug and so much fun to listen but she always seems to be very nice as well to everybody. She is the perfect person to play Supergirl in a movie. GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO JENNYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY. XXXXOOOO

Love Jenny McCarthy, and I've read three of her books, and they are HILLARIOUS, but, not to be ageist, she's a bit old for Supergirl. Supergirl should be early twenties at oldest. (Although, I think that SuperMAN should be no YOUNGER than 30 and no older than 40. It's a window.) I'd love to see her in something big, though.
I lived in LA for 18 years. The women there have an anorexic/bulimic mentality: they don't perceive their body image properly. I remember looking at Flo Jo in the Olympics remarking to myself about how thick she was. This woman was the fastest runner in the world. If that is not in shape what is? Somehow the twiggy look has been equated with being in shape rather than being viewed as being SICKLY.

I don't understand why women are so obsessed over weight as a number. So J.M. said she weighs 125 pounds. Does she look even better now? No, she looks the same as before we knew exactly what her weight was. She could have lied and said she weighed 170 pounds and she'd still look the same. It's all in how your weight is distributed. It cracks me up when fat women are hesitant to say how much they weigh. Whatever number you say is not going to change how you look physically one way or the other.

It's not WOMEN who are obsessed with weight. It's the AMERICAN MEDIA that are obsessed with women's weight!!!!!!!
Damn! What a riveting new story!! Thank God!!! Now I can slept better tonight!!!! You go Girl!!!!!

No! She is of average height and weight by medical and insurance standards and no I do not think she is not too thin. Stop picking on people that should be considered as normal and not malnurished because of the observed media standards in our country.
Let the obession go within the norms of the AMA and Insrance Institute surveys.

Why doesn't anyone ask Jack Black,Anthony Anderson, "Cedric the Entertainer",Tom Arnold,Tito Jackson, Dan Akroyd,Tom Hanks,Danny Devito, any actor on "The Sopranos," to reveal their weight????
Oh and btw..."cause nobody gives a $h!t" is an unacceptable so please doon't use it.

why do celebrities talk about their weight? they only fed into the rail thin BS that women are heldup to. They will lose and gain like everybody else we are all human. stop the madness!

I Agree! The obsecession about and the weight of theaverage person is sooo............ over blown.
Yet again anyone at 5"4" and weighting 350+ lbs. needs to reconsider their health options.
Common sense not media maddness is where this story needs to go to merit time to review it.

Why did she say 5'6" and 125 lbs. was "normal for L.A."? That's normal for anywhere. Just because the "average" woman is a cow at 5'4" and 155 pounds doesn't make this woman underweight. Everyone is so obsessed with trying to be "PC" about fat women that when we see a celebrity within a normal weight range we have to imply that you have to weigh less in Los Angles. What a bunch of crap.

How judgmental of you to resort to name-calling! How SUPERFICIAL! Tsk tsk. And, no, I'm not overweight myself. But I never judge. You don't know why overweight people are overweight. Eating disorders, whether it's anorexia/bulimia or a food ADDICTION--are ALL diseases, just like metabolic disorders which cause you to become heavy--like PCOS or Cushing's Syndrome. Look THOSE up, baby!
Absolutely fascinating news. Now I know the world is safe for generations to come.
I think there should be a news alert any time McCarthy goes over the 130-pound mark, so we can keep tabs on her as we do with Kirstie Alley.
Anyway, who wants to hear all the depressing news about war, the economy, and our declining moral state when we can hear about this?

There are no studies that can 100% validate that vaccinations cause autism. Rosara how wonderful that you think so much of yourself and your looks. You may want to work on being more compassionate and less self absorbed. If I'm reading your comments incorrectly my apologies. As for Jenny McCarthy or Jones who cares if they have implants? Why do people think that is even any of their business? I'm worried about the nation's obesity problem. But I'm more worried about how people seem to think everything is their business and the fact they think it's okay to criticize and be mean to anyone that they have differences with. We have become a nation of experts. Everyone thinks they know what others should think, how they should look, what they should do in their personal life and frankly it's none of our business and it is not our right to tear them down and be mean.
