· In a very surprising move in the network news world, ABC 'World News' anchor Charlie Gibson announced he was stepping down from the popular broadcast. And it looks like he'll be deeply missed. Although Brian Williams and Katie Couric will still be around, 60 percent of our 121,000+ voters said Gibson was their favorite network anchor of the three. Get the story and vote. · Although rumors suggested Demi Moore spent over $500K on plastic surgery to retain her youthful appearance, The Telegraph reports that the actress says she hasn't gone under the knife. Our voters were completely split. 50 percent of our 249,000+ voters thought Moore had work done, while the other half believed her beauty was all natural. Get the story and vote.

· In his much-hyped interview with CNN's Larry King, singer Chris Brown went on the record about the night he brutally hurt Rihanna. After viewing the interview, 85 percent of our 1,000+ voters said Brown looked pathetic and not at all sympathetic. Also, 87 percent of our 1,000+ voters believe Brown's image has not improved since the scandal broke. Get the story and vote.

· British newspaper The Sun went bananas over Madonna allegedly "collapsing" on stage during a performance in Bulgaria. We thought it was part of the show/choreography. 69 percent of our 57,000+ voters thought it was part of the routine, too. Get the story and vote.

· Whitney Houston made her first comeback performance on 'Good Morning America' and was the first to admit her voice wasn't 100% during the show. After viewing her performance of 'I'm Every Women,' 59 percent of our 12,000+ voters gave her performance a big thumbs down. Get the story and vote.

· Earlier this week, Donald Trump was accused of allegedly fixing the Miss Universe competitions -- picking six of the top 15 single-handedly before any official, preliminary judging. True or not, 86 percent of our 46,000+ voters said Trump should not be allowed to do this, and it would cause 77 percent of our voters to quit watching the beauty competition. · Kristen Stewart was photographed wearing a wig on the set of 'Eclipse' and from the looks of it, it's the same hair piece worn by Taylor Lautner -- who plays Bella's best bud Jacob -- in 'Twilight.' Of our 10,000+ voters, 52 percent thought the wig looked awful. Get the story and vote.

Speak for yourself. She got away from the man who led her astray and yes, I know she's a big girl and can say no. He was her husband, doesn't take much convincing when it is that kind of relationship and you have a child. Women will very often do what they can to save a marriage, or do something stupid to take away the pain of a failing one. She is beautiful, hyper-talented and now back in the land of the living. She is going to do just great. Watch her.

Thank God, Gibson is leaving! I cannot stand him. He is so biased, its sickening. I remember when John Kerry made that remark that if you don't go to college you'll end up fighting in Iraq. No matter how you look at it that comment insinuated that the boys over there fighting are stupid and uneducated. But Gibson stuck right up for him and said that's not what he meant. Well, that is what he meant! If George Bush said that, he would have been ALL OVER HIM! He was a real Bush basher. He's supposed to be unbiased when reporting the national news but he was so into democrats that he should have been taken off the air. I'm glad to see him go.

I think it's shameful what some people write in these comments. If Whitney wants to try a comeback, leave her alone. If it works, fine. If it doesn't, fine again. At least give her credit for trying. As far as Charlie Gibson retiring, I think he should stay on, although I can understand his reasons. We try to keep an open mind watching the news and form our own opinions. No newscaster has and never will tell me what to think or how to vote. Watch the news on whatever channel you like. Get your news from the Internet or - horrors - read the paper, then form your own opinion. Apparently some of you folks aren't smart enough to form your own opinions without help. It speaks volumes about your character.
I did have to laugh, though, at some of the names jrakhohn gave the networks. Most of them were similar to mine!

Well,lets see.The first 3 posts on here give web sites to go to.One for a power colon cleanse they must have used that went all the way to thier brain and washed it away.
The second was to scam you to a money making scheme web site that will only take your money and give nothing in return.
The third was for a cougar dating site.The woman quoted she only dates younger men because they have a different mentality.She is right.They have the same as hers,immature.
These and other web sites that people promote on here have nothing to do with the story.When people report them they should be blocked forever from posting again!
