Clooney Shows Off His New Brunette

World, meet Elizabetta Canalis. Elizabetta Canalis, meet the world and the ever-curious paparazzi that are about to take over your life. George Clooney brought his new gal pal in tow to the Venice Film Festival, marking the first time he's been out publicly with Canalis ... or any woman since his split with Sarah Larson. Italian papers were quick to dub them the next Brangelina, but we'll have to wait to see about the longevity factor.

Canalis is an Italian actress and television presenter who has been at Clooney's side for the past three weeks at his Lake Como villa.

Clooney, 48, split from his ex Sarah Larson in May of 2008 after a year of dating.

We are real movie lovers. Usually go every weekend, sometimes twice a weekend. But the droppings this summer were horrible, with very few exceptions (Inglorious Basterds was incredible! A++ on that one!). So we just elected not to go. We take our grandchildren almost every weekend, but found only a few that were halfway decent ("Up" and "Ponyo" being the two most excellent). Can't wait for the fall movies and looking forward to some real films and choices after a miserable summer of trash. (Oh, and "District 9" was also quite good, although it could have been better.)

movies are SO fun - too bad theatres around here are EMPTY .. Economy's taking it's toll.
However, one would think theatre proprieters would get smart and start selling tickets 1/2 price.
I went with friend (TRiangle Square - Costa Mesa, CA) the other night. She and I were 2 of 5 people in one out of 6 theatres ... a Wednesday night, 8:30 ish. Tickets - $9 ea ... we got no munchies cause stupid popcorn and 2 waters would have been $14.00!! Wouldn't it be better to have theatres full of people for 1/2 price, than 6 empty ones, films going like crazy and no one watching??

I think you got the photos mixed up bfgair, the pics of Clooney's new GF don't show her "b**bs sagging. If you take a look at the other pics of them togehter you'll see she looks quite perky. In
fact, she's stunning. The pic of Jessica Simpson that appears below, on the other hand, looks absolutely atrocious. She isn't wearing the most supportive bra and the hairstyle she's wearing leaves a lot to be desired. I guess those double "Ds" that her daddy boasted about (ewww) are starting to feel the effects of gravity. Time for some nip/tucking!!!

His real love was for a pet pig that lasted longer
