i have always seen thru kate and if anyone else has been around or lived with a woman like kate..they would know what kate is all about..being a control freak and you don't say no..to control freaks. you don't argue with them..you can't stand up to them..if you try they keep their control by walking away.

Sorry but I watched Jon and Kate plus 8 from the begining. It was ok at first then Kate became a shrew. She was so punative and mean it didn't make sense. He would not be disrespectful to her on TV. Finally he had enough. We always talk about battered women and types of abuse. He was abused and again she is a shrew. He probably will be very good for someone else and I noticed with his kids he is always the same. He loves them and isn't afraid to show it!!

Joan...at least Jon shows interest and love for his children. Who he's dating actually has nothing to do with his love for his children. And if you think Kate should have them...you must not watch the show. She was the one running the roads, and taking over the tv show when it was SUPPOSED to be showing the day to day of the children. He got tired of being the mother that she wasn't. Not that he doesn't love the kids, but everyone needs a break sometimes, and I can imagine with 8 kids..he needs more breaks. Kate had babysitters and volunteers helping her until she decided she didn't want them to have any attention. SO...let HER sit home with her kids since she says they are all she cares about.

Jon is with them a heck of a lot more than Kate is. He is hands down the better parent. Kate is a sham and fraud. She is NEVER alone with those kids. Her role as poor put upon Katie is a joke. She plays a mom on tv and that is all. That house is constantly filled with "helpers" and paid family friends. There is so much more that will come to light. Just where does she go when Jon is home with the kids? Stay tuned....

Joan, gimme a break. You said, "(Jon Gosselin)is a loser and will always be one". 'Scuse me? Jon left because Kate treated him like crap. Even on-camera, she spoke to him in so NASTY a manner, even over the smallest things! You wouldn't treat your damned dog the way Kate treated Jon!

Joan, Let me tell you from experience. I was married to someone just like Kate, they drain you so much that you get tired of fighting with then and let them have their way. Imagine being put down for everything. I was told I was too stupid to know how to tie my shoes and had to be instructed on how to do so at age 38. I was depressed, my children were depressed as he began the same thing with them. Someone had better keep an eye on her and those kids. With Jon gone, she will transfer the behavior she had with him to them possibly singling out one of her children to be the main victim. As for the kids, they will be so much better. Every two parent home is not a home-we have so many people who are messed up right not because society and "studies show" that a two parent home is better. It is not if the parents are fighting in front of the kids. Their kids may be young now but what would happen years from now when this situation worsened? If you have not lived in this type of situation, do not judge what you do not know.

Joan, I think you're wrong about Jon needing to grow a pair. Men do not confront other people the same way women do. Women can nag and nag and nag and nag (and nag...) until the cows come home. Its a freaking art form. Men, however, do not nag. In fact, when they've had enough, they ultimately get physical. OR, they shut down. Jon, knowing he shouldn't get physical with that abusive nagging punt, simply shut down. That's what men do. You say grow a pair. He had the biggest pair to stick with that beeatch.

Totally agree - If he had grownup and taken responsibility for his offspring, she would not have had to tell him everything to do....... He is useless and clueless. And, he needs to grow up. Lucky for the children there is one responsible parent around......

Why is it ok for a woman to be verbally abuse to her husband? Obviously you haven't seen the show. People should stop believing everything from the tabloids. These photogs will follow someone for an entire week and then use those pictures for months down the line. If its not his week to be with the kids, he is free to do whatever and whoever he wants.
