Hmmm...out of curiosity I just googled "Alcohol Allergy". First article was from the Mayo Clinic, for laymen. It basically explained that there pretty much ISN'T such a thing (okay to be fair, they said it would be extremly rare). She COULD have an alcohol intolerance, which more or less means she gets drunk faster then normal, and would be more prone to alcohol related diseases and conditions if she were a heavy drinker. But alcohol allergy, VERY doubtful.

Then again, I don't exactly see her as being all that bright to be honest, so maybe she does honestly think she has an alcohol allergy. (I'd ask if she's ever broke out in hives from someone using rubbing alcohol on her, or from having a drink spilled on her, but I digress).

Having said all of this, IF she was assaulted, then no she doesn't deserve that. Do I think she's a dim witted bimbo? Yes. Do I think her fame is mostly unearned? Yes. But that doesn't mean she should be assaulted or harmed by someone else, IF she really was. But I do say "if" since she used "Alcohol allergy" as an excuse when such basically doesn't exist.

just heard on local sd radio station.,.she was seen drinking at a bar and was tipsy there..what part of the drinking is she allergic to? the hangover part? or ill feeling the next am?

the bar owner or bartender are agreeing with the san diego charger ,plus it happens to be a bar he vists frequently . employees are saying the same as owner /bartender. could it be this person is siding w/ the jock cause it may hurt his bar revenue cause may the rest of the jock world won't frequent his bar & also making his employees say the same.wonder how much he's geting fron the jocks lawyers .

its because of women like her that when something really happenes to a women other people don't believe you right away.I hope she gets introuble for lieing . and the NFL guy has to drop this one like a hot potato .

also her nick name Tila Tequila" came about when she experimented with alcohol at the age of thirteen. that is her quote in stuff magizine issue april 2006 .she was a gang banger when she was a teenager also . she had to flee houston to get away and moved to new york at age 16

I am not sure who's side I am on at this point. I mean, yes, she is trash. And how could someone choke another person, unless she was unaware-(she could be that dumb) at which point I would have to say he did that typical man move and used celebrity force to cause a news stir.

So, if she's allergic to alcohol, WHY IS SHE DRUNK? Did her date force-feed her? PUH-LEESE!! This woman is a publicity hound and it appears she's one of those who will do ANYTHING to get her name in print. Bottom line: she's trash and other than being a human being, she's got little worth and less "celebrity."

She is NOT allergic to alcohol. It is almost completely impossible unless she's allergic to ingredients used to make 'some' alcohols. She may be more sensitive to the effects of alcohol, but she is NOT allergic. What a lying fugly elf.

This couple is an example of what happens when you drink. What the both need to do is some real soul searching. She knew this guy is a professional football player and that she had the possibility of ruining his career. However, you have to get your lies straight, but is the really possible to do? I think not. Now when the owner of a night club is an eye witness that someone is under the influence of alcohol, what do you think? It looks like Tila Tequila needs to get a new name. I would think that a person would like to drink with a name like that. Anyway both of them need Jesus.

I thought about what you stated, maybe they did lie on her, but then reality set in. Why would someone go hang out at a bar if they did not drink. They could have gone anywhere else, right? Furthermore, the owner of the nightclub may be subject to a police investigation and may have to even swear under oath in court. Look, to think this way is to assasinate his character and the other employee characters as being credible. They are really people who got caught up in somebody else's madness, because the alleged choking happened away from the nightclub. So why would he jeopardize himself and willfully lie to the police. It is not logical. Only the Lord knows the truth and the parties involved. When a person is drunk, he or she is does not have clarit in thinking. Neither is his or her perception good. No one knows what happen, because we were not there. However, this girl really needs help. I have seen her on the arms of a lot of men. She needs to know her self worth and needs to build a name for herself the right way. I feel sorry for her and look at all of the put downs that she has generated from this incident. I hope she goes and gets some counseling. Meriman needs to reevaluate himself as well, because you attract who you are. Birds of a feather flock together. With all the money he has, it is so many beautiful women he could have dated. Therefore, we have to look at him too. What is really going on with him?
