Kim, Khloe Flaunt Their Post-Diet Curves

Summer bathing suit season might be technically over, but don't tell that to Khloe and Kim Kardashian. The two reality sisters are sporting some seriously teeny bikinis for Life & Style magazine, sharing their diet tips just in case you needed to drop a few for that coveted winter beach vacation. Check out the photos and interview given exclusively to PopEater after the jump!

Of her new, slimmer self, Khloe says she's "lost about 25 pounds, and I know that only because my best friend, who trains me from time to time, weighed me and told me." She claims before dropping the weight, she was "a size 10; now I'm a 6," but that the famous Kardashian curves mean she's still the same size in jeans.

Big sister Kim says she's dropped "a solid 10 pounds in a little more than a year," which makes "a big difference" since she has a small frame. "My legs are skinnier, my arms are skinnier, my stomach is tighter. I just see a big change. I was about a size 6, and now I'm about a 2," Kim told Life & Style.

Kim and Khloe Kardashian reveal all about their recent weight loss and diet secrets in the new issue of Life & Style magazine.

Khloe, left, says that thanks to dieting and exercise she's "lost about 25 pounds," and that she "was about a size 10; now I'm a 6." Kim says she's dropped 10 pounds and is now a size 2.

"People have just been so nice to me -- which obviously makes me smile and feel good and keeps me going," Khloe says of her weight loss.

Aside from more personal confidence, Khloe says since her weight loss "people have just been so nice to me -- which obviously makes me smile and feel good and keeps me going."

Kim declares that she's "in the best shape of my life," saying that she "used to be so shy and insecure walking out in a bikini doing shoots and things."

"I stepped on the scale, and it said I was 114 pounds. I always weighed 120, 125 - I was shocked," Kim said. in the Life & Style interview.

This is why so many women in this country have body issues--I always used to weigh 120 or 125 (is that supposed to be obese?) and now I was able to get down to 114...I was a 6, but now I'm a 2. I know-a 6 is just absolutely huge right?

Cocaine and Diet pills can do wonders for weight loss. Oh well, I guess when you don't have any talent you have to do whatever you can to get noticed. These chicks are the biggest losers I've ever seen and their Father must be rolling over in his grave.

I doubt Cocaine has anything to do with their weight loss... just because they are "celebs" doesn't mean they are drug addicts.

What do the immature,spoiled,and not too talented K girls contribute to society other than spend money at the local boutiques on designer clothes and expensive pocket books and shoes?. I am dismayed that so many people consider them celebrities or important. Reality TV is really showing how our society is dumbing down and the lack of true talent that is around.Shame on America

I agree with you-America is dumbing down. I think, tho, part of the reason is we're just so burned out with the day to day struggle, that we watch something that doesn't require thinking-and this kind of show fits the bill

The picture of them in the dark blue suits looks as though it was photo-shopped, and very badly at that. Both girls head looks as though it was just pasted on those bodies. Weird.

These sisters do look great! True beauty comes from within, and is measured by one's actions. After watching a couple of episodes of their show, I was shocked and appauled at all the *@*!!*@*. Their behavior and foul mouths take away from the exterior illusion...making them ugly, spoiled brats. Am I jealous? No.
