One of night's first moments happened on the red carpet, when it was realized by VMA correspondents and viewers that Pink and Shakira showed up rocking the same dress. Pink wore the short, strapless number during her entrance on a New York City fire truck, while Shakira showed off her sexy curves during an interview with MTV's Sway Calloway.
The fashion faux pas was also noticed by the Tweeting community, who wasted no time in pointing out the coincidence.
