The worst thing in the world--losing your child --at least in my opinion. I think the Travolota's are a wonderful family, they are close and care for each other; life does go on and for the sake of Ella Bleu, they are moving forward. Give them space, pray for them, be generous with your comments unless you have walked in those same shoes.

My heart goes out to the Travolta's. They will NEVER get "over" their son's death. They will learn to live with it, but get over it....Never. I know, my 18 year old daughter died 12 years ago this Oct. I encourage the Travolta's to surround themself with a support system of people who've walked the steps of grief. One of the best parents's support groups is The Compassionate Friends. Over 600 chapters in US with the national office in Oak Brook, Il. Anyone having lost a child to death check out the web site
www.thecompassionatefriends.org. The loving support of these parents will help you as you walk the long lonely dark road of grief....I Know.

I have experienced some sudden untimely deaths in my family too, it is horrible & never easy. My heart
goes out to the Travoltas regardless of how it happened or people's feelings about Scientology.
John Travolta is one of the best entertainers in film
& t.v. history-he deserved an Oscar years ago! This
couple has done nothing wrong-they brought joy to our
world & to their kids lives. They were model parents
& should be respected. I just hope this doesn't end
their contributions to film, I'd really miss them!!!

It is nice to see them smile again knowing how bad the heart is hurting. I truly believe Jett is happy now knowing his dad, mom, and sister is smiling . If it had been his father sister or mom that had past, they wouldn't want any of them to be sad forver--he knows their love is with him every moment of the day-in his own way he is still with them--I like John with no hair on his face --
remember ------the tree----I am the one :) hoped it helped--Jett is happy now:) he can see that sparkle in your eyes that he loved so much--my prayers to you three --you are a beautiful family

Welcome back, John and family. May God hold you in the palm of his hand, and strengthen, protect and comfort you. May he ALSO grant compassion and understanding to the public, as we warmly greet them and accept them back into the entertainment we enjoy.

To Nena:
It's none of your business what "really happened" to Jett that day! Open up to Oprah? Geez, get a life! These people lost a child. They have no obligation to you or anyone else to open their private pain to the public!

This is for those that say they can't imagine losing a child...we're not suppose to bury our children they are suppose to bury us...the pain never goes away but with God's help we go on one day at a time..noone has a right to tell anyone how long to grive or how to grive.. I know I am there now.I lost my daughter...The Travoltas are an inspiration to this country..so let them do what they need to do to deal with their grief..keeping you in our prayers and May God Bless your family

Glad to see their trying to make an attempt to move on. They still have to go on living the daughter needs to know that she is important and that life is not always fair. God Bless The Travolta's.

I certainly hope the next time you want to make comments about the Travolta family or anyone who has had a tragedy in their lives, you will think about what you are saying. You sound like a very ungracious, selfish person and you act like the world owes you something. Grow up and when you get lemons, make lemonade. Don't whine about what you don't have, be thankful for what you have been given.

I loved "Michael" but I also loved him in "Look Who's Talking"!!!

I think John Travolta is a wonderful caring man completely devoted to children--his own as well as others. I taught English in high school. For a project I had my students write letters to celebrities as practice for letter writing skills. One of my students wrote to John Travolta requesting his autograph. I told the students not to expect to hear from him because he was probably so "big and famous" he wouldn't have time to reply. About a week later, the class received 3 autographed pictures, one for the student, one for me and one for the class. He wrote personal comments on all three pictures. Unlike Kanye West he is kind, generous and totally unaffected by his wealth and celebrity.

I AGREE!!!! I THINK ALL OF YOU WHO WRITE C--P ON ALL COMMENTS-NO MATTER WHAT THE STORY IS ABOUT JUST SHOWS HOW YOU HAVE NO SCRUPLES OR CARE ABOUT OTHER PEOPLES FEELINGS.. TAKE YOUR JUVENILE MINDLESS COMMENTS ELSEWHERE. CRAWL INTO YOUR OWN ROOM WITH THE OTHERS LIKE YOU AND CLOSE THE DOOR. I'LL GET THE BOARDS,NAILS AND HAMMER!!!!!!

#1 Their loss was tragic. #2 Their appearance isn't news on any level. #3 The writers of this piece should proofread before posting. I'm pretty sure they left out a word or two. #4 You can be a moron and write for PopEater.

but there was something else going on here; john travolta even admitted on larry king that he has a cleanliness fetish and so he had the carpets in jett's room cleaned constantly when he was a baby and those chemicals in carpet cleansers are extremely toxic. something else happened here that caused this kid to have the problems he did, which he then died from.

No one, other than another parent who has had the same loss, can understand the magnitude of the lost of a child. Other then saying your sorry for your loss , please don't even comment. My heartfelt sympathy to the Travolta Family. I do pray for all of you.

wow nana..i would think since your own child has probably had his fair share of unfair judgements that someone in your shoes would not judge others so harshly. i wanted to get a little mad at you..but pity came to me before anger..so you have my pity and my prayers that someday you lose your judgemental ways and see that all people dont do things the same way. they have a daughter and she needs a life too and her parents are always going to feel the pain they have. every day.

Tell ya what concerns me....They had body cremated before any autopsy was done. Sounds fishy. If you did that in America, you'd have to explain it.

Nena, I agree with Susan. You are being very judgemental. The Travolta's are dealing with their loss. I hope and pray you get the resources you need to help your son. However, It is not solely the Travolt'as responsibility. As Susan stated, I'm very sure they are doing more for the Foundation than we all know. Not everything is publicized. I for one have been a loyal fan of John's since he first hit the tv screen and hope the best for all of them. May God be with them in their time of need.
