Actress Jennifer Grey, who played Frances "Baby" Houseman, alongside the late Patrick Swayze in 'Dirty Dancing' recalls how much fun the two had on set together. "When I think of him, I think of being in his arms when we were kids, dancing, practicing the lift in the freezing lake, having a blast doing this tiny little movie we thought no one would ever see," Grey told PEOPLE.
"Patrick was a rare and beautiful combination of raw masculinity and amazing grace. My heart goes out to his wife and childhood sweetheart, Lisa Niemi, to his mom, Patsy, and to the rest of their family," she added.

As a cancer survivor i want to say that those who knock him are really sick. Cancer is a very serious sickness. I had esphogeal cancer. My survival chance was 5%.
I hope Patrick is in gods arms now. He will no longer suffer. He was a GREAT actor.
RIP Patrick. Your home with the lord now.

What a terrible, biggoted reply. You are the reason people in this country are divided. Has a drag queen ever robbed you or broken into your home? What the hell do you care as long as it doesn't affect you directly? This is AMERICA, and people have the right to live their lives as they see fit... and that does NOT mean that they must adhere to your ridiculous standards.

My sympathy to Patrick Swayze's wife and family. Having lost a loved one to pancreatic cancer I watched his courageous struggle the last few months. The pain must have been unbearable. May he rest in peace.

Patrick was the perfect family man and a great actor. I for one will miss him. My condolences and sympathy go out to his beautiful wife and family, this is truly a loss. I remember when he had his plane crash just a few miles away from my home when I lived in Arizona and he survived that only to lose his battle to cancer, what a tragedy. He fought the good fight and put on a brave face for everyone and we were all praying and hoping he would win, I am so sorry he didn't. Rest in Peace Patrick and thank you for your talent. God Bless you

I guess we need to put you in the same boat with Kanye West!!! Such rude and selfish people in the world. I pray for you.

Patrick was the ultimate stud. He could kick your ass or teach you to dance. He was the reason I learned to dance. I figured if a man like him was'nt embarrassed why the heck should I be? Movies like Dirty Dancing, Ghost and Roadhouse will never be made again, he was a ONE OF A KIND. My heart goes out to all he left behind. And to those of you who have nothing but ill will toward him for whatever reason, I hope you never have to indure the pains of cancer or losing someone close to you, because then it will hit you ten fold. Goodbye Patrick and Thank You!!

I have watched and admired you from the start. You have always been a positive figure in my eyes. The thing I admired most about you was your love and committment to your wife and your family. You made it clear your first priority was them and kept from all the drama..........you beat hollywood in that sense and demanded the right to maintain what is important ..FAMILY! I have 5 beautiful daughters and only wish they could have had a man like you. I am sure of where you sit now, and my prayers are with your wife and family, although I know you will continue to keep them going with your endless strength love and stregnth as they were a blessing to you as you were to them!

To all of the people who are trashing him all I can say is shame on you for your attempt to smear this wonderful mans name. How dare anyone do this, just goes to prove you can't fix stupid and that is all I will say since I don't want to take up anymore space for the true fans who adored him and are truly sorry he is gone.

One of Swayze's best films: NEXT OF KIN. I live not far from Lake Lure, where they filmed Dirty Dancing, so maybe it's just the Southerner in me, but I love that movie. Just something about a hot naked man with a violin.

Patrick, was in two of my very favorite movies - "Dirty Dancing" and "Ghost." I've seen both many times but I'll always stop to watch them again. Guess I'm a romantic at heart!
