It's been a trying week for Jessica Simpson, who likens herself to a vigilant mom refusing to give up the fight after witnessing a coyote snatch up her beloved dog on Monday. So far, there have been no sightings of Daisy, the adorable Malti-Poo that has been a constant companion to the singer.
On Wednesday, she blasted critics who say there's no way Daisy could still be alive after three days gone. "Still holding out hope despite the a--holes that say is it a dumb thing to do. Daisy is my baby ... why would I stop searching? I'm a mom," she wrote on Twitter.
The whole saga started on Monday night, when the caramel-colored pet she's owned for five years went missing in Los Angeles. That night, she created a "Missing Malti-Poo" poster and tweeted it to her 1.4 million followers. "I Miss My Mommy ... 'Daisy'", it reads before including an email address findingmissdaisy@gmail.com for all tips.
"My heart is broken because a coyote took my precious Daisy right in front of our eyes," she said. "HORROR! We are searching. Hoping. Please help!"

A neighbor of Simpson's told the Daily Mail that there was "yelling and screaming coming from the direction of Jessica's house around 9pm."
"I can only imagine that it was that moment that it happened because the next day we saw posters up around the neighborhood announcing that Jessica had lost her dog to a coyote. It's so sad." (The poster created by Simpson doesn't actually say anything about the coyote.)
Simpson's family is lending their support as well. Her brother-in-law, Pete Wentz, told her to "keep your head up" in a Twitter message.
If coyotes are a problem, then don't let the dog out AT NIGHT and have it on a leash and if you can, have a weapon to protect yourself and the dog. I feel bad for her, but coyotes are a known problem in California. I can't believe she would let it out at night(a coyote's time to hunt) Sorry, Jessica.............:(
JUST COLD AND HEARTLESS! BLAIMING HER FOR WHAT HAPPENED. PEOPLE TAKE THEIR PETS OUT FOR WALKS ALL THE TIME, AND WHAT PROOF DO YOU HAVE THAT A LEASH WOULD'VE SAVED DAISY.
IF COYOTES ARE SUCH A PROBLEM WHO'S TO SAY THAT LEASHES AND WEAPONS WOULD HAVE STOPPED THE ATTACK! I READ SOMEONE ELSES POST, WHERE THEY SAID THAT THEY HAD TO JUMP IN AND SAVE THERI DOG FROM TWO COYOTES, AND THOUGH THAT DOG MAY BE ALIVE TODAY, THE PERSON WHO FOUGH BACK COULD'VE BEEN BADLY HURT AS-WELL.
I DON'T WHAT COULD'VE BEEN DONE TO SAVE DAISY, BUT FIGHTING A WILD ANIMAL, WHEN YOU SAY YOURSELF THAT THEIR THERE FOR FOOD DOESN'T SOUND LIKE A WISE CHOICE EITHER. MABY HAVING AN EXTRA PERSON OR TWO AROUND, MIGHT HAVE KEPT THE COYOTES AWAY, LIKE THE DAY THAT JESSICA & KEN PAVES TOOK HIS DOGS FOR A WALK IN THE HILLS.
A friend of mine sent me this article, and unfortunately I chose to read the comments below it. It is, without a shadow of a doubt, the longest running display of sheer idiocy and poor English I've witnessed in recent memory. Thank you, commentators, for the hearty laughs. It made my morning.
What a silly mommy! Katie Holmes takes Suri into the water in her clothes as the two spend the afternoon at the beach in Miami. More of Today's Hottest Photos

BUT BLAIMING SOLVES NOTHING!
