Mel Gibson's Girlfriend Isn't Ready to Wed

Although Oksana Grigorieva is carrying Mel Gibson's child, she says there aren't wedding plans in their future... yet.

The singer dismissed marriage during her appearance on the British morning show 'GMTV.' "Actually we have no plans to marry whatsoever. I haven't thought about it -- we haven't spoken about it," she said (via PEOPLE.)

Their child -- which will be Gibson's eighth and her second -- is due in December.

The singer says she is much calmer about her pregnancy this time around.

"I have a 12 year old, so I've been a mother for 12 years – and of course, there is no first time mother's trepidation as such. So naturally it's more relaxed, and I'm very dynamic so the pregnancy falls into my work schedule," Grigorieva said.

In April, Gibson's wife of 30 years, Robyn Moore, filed for divorce and later that month he and Grigeorieva made their first public appearance as a couple.

Her story is bizarre, but no more so than God speaking to Moses-Akhenaton or God naming his chosen people or, for holding the man Jesus as God. Come on! Your religion came out of Egypt! We are passing judgment on no one, it is merely the hypocrisy of these two that we find objectionable. If Mel had not put himself out there as so religious then there would not be much to say about having a child out of wedlock and being an adulterer. Don't his actions fly in the face of what he espouses? The ones that talk too much religion are the ones that are usually doing the wrong thing. Sound familiar?

This is nothing new. You find this sort of thing worming along under the facade of religion every day. Hypocrisy! Do as I say, not as I do? Men who stand on soap boxes tossing moral judgments around like confetti while womanizing and drinking themselves silly...men who push their moral beliefs and family values down the throats of Americans while picking up prostitutes in dark alleys and looking for adventures in men’s bathrooms...is all too common place today. There is nothing wrong with people believing what they will and they are certainly entitled to do as they will...just don’t try to tell me how holy and righteous you are while committing adultery and engaging in corrupt things. I'm sick to death of it! Keep it to yourself or stand by what you’re saying!!!

What I really, REALLY would like to know is how Mel managed to get his marriage to Robyn annulled. I mean, honestly??? It wasn't enough that he committed adultery on a loyal wife who was with him before he got famous and stayed with him helping guide him out of his alcoholism and giving him 7 children? He had to turn around and use his influence to get a 27 year marriage annulled?? Shame, shame on Mel.
And let me tell you - I used to be one of Mel's most loyal, devoted fans. I even carried a picture of him in my wallet for years - now I feel so foolish for that. Like many, many people - I am WAY over Mr. Gibson. He has certainly lost my respect. And for those of you espousing religious philosophy of "judge not" - I'm sorry but adultery IS something I judge because I choose NOT to commit adultery in my own life. Morals are a matter of common decency; something Mel now seems to lack.

Mel's father granted the annulment. That's right -- his father. Mel Gibson attends a schismatic little parish that isn't in communion with the Catholic Church. So it's not as if the Catholic Church even annulled his first marriage, his father did.
