Britney Spears' Bill Shows Big Spender

Ever wonder exactly how much it would cost to live the celebrity lifestyle? Wonder no more, because a leaked court document reveals Britney Spears' credit card spending for 11 months. TMZ has published the bill, which dates from the first 11 months of her "conservatorship" - when her dad Jamie took control of her finances. Read on for the spending breakdown...

Communications: $2,150.41

TMZ quotes sources in the Britney camp as saying the restaurant bill was low for her, because her dad is a cook and was making dinner for her most nights. It's also worth remembering that this is just her credit card bill. The sources say more was donated to charity by other means, and we're pretty sure she must have had a cash allowance too.

But the grand total comes to about $112,000 - suddenly our credit card bills don't seem so bad.

Once again, this is none of our business. Britney Spears is not someone I would want my granddaughter to emulate, but face it, it's her money, she earned it, she can spend it any way she chooses to. When and how did any of this information get to be our concern? Truly, I have more serious things to stress over. I'm always amused by the topics, amused and sometimes stunned at the responses I see here. The public has made these people bigger than life, when really they are not any higher than a zero on the what is important scale of our lives.

I don't see the big deal...she makes way more than $112,000 in a year, I know for a fact that most people put more on their credit cards than they make in a year so I was expecting something like $500K or more but $112K in 11 months? If I made that much money I would probably spend that much in 11 months as well...I guess I don't see the problem...live a little.

Not a very large AMEX bill that for 11 months if I am reading it right. That works out at 10K per month. I know people that run 50K per month on their own AMEX card.
