It's a Boy for Julie Chen and Les Moonves

Julie Chen and her husband/boss Les Moonves have welcomed a son, named Charlie, CBS has announced.

The 'Early Show' and 'Big Brother' personality, 39, gave birth to the little guy on Thursday morning in Los Angeles and all parties are doing well. She announced the pregnancy in May and was due next week.

Charlie is Chen and Moonves' first child together since tying the knot in 2004. The CBS president, 60, has three grown kids from his first marriage.

I just wanted to also say 'congrats' to the married couple JULIE CHEN and her HUSBAND with the arrival of their newborn son. At least they're not contributing to the moral decay of America.

Stop wetting your pants every time a married couple has a kid. I've known several women who gave birth 6 months after getting married and got their butts kissed all the same like people can't count to 9!

Michael, Michael, Michael: Everyone is having sex, married or not. Those who have the baby out of wedlock are those who choose to NOT have an abortion. Just because someone does NOT have children out of wedlock, does not mean they're not having sex, just maybe that they've had 3 abortions. Now that is the moral decay. It is the stronger and wiser which choose to keep the baby, its an easy way out to have an abortion. Many unmarried couples don't PLAN on getting pregnant. Accidents happen... I guess to everyone but you Mr.Perfect. God will judge you one day.

People who have kids when they are in their 60's have them because they WANT them, not because they got caught. I agree with soooc that if the father died when the child was born, he or she would have NO father. At least the 60-year-old parents are planning on sticking around as long as they can and will be excellent parents for their offspring. People who are older are much more relaxed in their attitudes toward children and can give them soooo much more knowledge than a young parent can. That just stands to reason!

Maybe like so many other celebrity wives, she just wants to make sure if they divorce she can get child support. After all, they probably have an ironclad prenup that limits her alimony. This way she will be able to get financial support beyond that for the next 18 yrs.
