'Idol' Runner-Up Tying The Knot Saturday

Justin Guarini, runner-up to Kelly Clarkson in Season 1 of 'American Idol,' is getting married this Saturday, Sept. 26, to his fiancee Reina Capodici, RadarOnline reports. "I've traveled all over the world but I found the woman I love right in my own backyard," Guarini said. The couple have known each other since high school but only started dating a couple of years ago.

The couple were engaged in December of last year when Guarini was at Disney's EPCOT Center in the U.K. filming the "hosting clips" for the 'American Idol Experience' ride. "I asked Reina to marry me after the fireworks show in a little private grotto there," he said. "It was very romantic!"

They plan to have "an intimate family wedding" held at "a beautiful private estate along the Delaware River" not far from their families' homes in Pennsylvania.

"We won't have traditional wedding music," Justin said. "We'll have special arrangements by the Vitamin String Quartet of songs that mean a lot to us, by artists like Radiohead, Paramore and Peter Gabriel... We're blending a lot of different traditions because my bride-to-be is Syrian and Italian and I'm black and Italian. There will be a little something for everyone," Guarini laughed.

Capodici has a four year old daughter, Lola, from a prior relationship. "I'll not only be exchanging vows with my wife, but our little girl, Lola, as well!" he added.

I totally agree with the girls, it's not fair to assume he or anyone is gay. He's just a beautiful person and I am sure his fiancee is just as beautiful and Ryan and Simon are not gay either Harrison, so stop being a hater!

When I saw it was Justing Guarini the first thing I said was, "Who's the lucky man?" I'm pleasantly suprised that it's actually a woman. Though, I haven't actually seen what she looks like, so she may have only recently become a woman.

He did see a stylist. Award shows and most shows for that matter hire hairstylist to style the actor, singers, actressess hair. Maybe he hates the hairstyle too but gets paid to wear it. Just a thought.

I don't care if he is gay or not, however totally believe he is..... He is like a friend of mine trying to play the "straight card" Ha feel sorry for him he just cheating himself and soon to be ex wife and possible children. Just come out of closet Justin....

The only rumors I've ever heard about Justin Guarini being gay, have come from Poster comments like those you see above, which don't seem well informed or justified. He's never set off my gaydar, like 'closet' case Ryan Seacrest has. But that too is subjective.
