the CW will repeat episodes of its promising new "Melrose Place" revival, one day after their original airing.
Promising? ROFLMAO..the ratings for that turkey are not much better..Hell the entire network is on life support and gets beat by the USA network

Your dead wrong Melrose Place is doing good in ratings just like The CW it has good shows so you don't know what your talking about.
its the best show on the "cw" and thats not saying much. its like being the "pretty one" on "the view". if you hate melrose place that much, just go watch something else. the show wont get cancelled because one idiot hates it so much.
Melrose Place ? Good grief, that too is a ratings bomb. Why not just move Smallvlle OFF of Friday nights.

Melrose Place has done good in the ratings it hasn't bomb as you have claim which is a lie.
What a shocker!!! Now we can look forward to more sucky vampire (pun intended) shows, since it seems to be the only thing on CW the kids are watching. I wish WGN in Chicago would dump CW and go back to local programming or re-runs of Good Times or whatever...

Throw in an indy wrestling show so there's an alternative to WWE and TNA on TV once in a while and I'd be plenty agreeable to your plan. Would surely beat much of the junk we get peddled on the tube these days.
You don't know what your talking about The Vampire Diaries isn't sucky show as you have claim which is a lie as well. The CW has good shows so WGN shouldn't drop The CW just because you don't watch it or like The CW which is fine but to say that WGN should drop it is wrong. I'm always right.
If WGN weren't owned by Tribune, they probably would be an independent station. Since Tribune signed a long-term affiliate agreement to carry the CW, they're forced to move some of their sports programming to WCIU, since WGN is obligated to air CW programming.
To gobluespartyon: WGN has no say as to whether to carry a certain CW program or not. It's Tribune Company that makes the decision, and they want to be affiliated with the CW. Otherwise, WGN would still be an independent station today, and wouldn't have to have WCIU air sports programs that WGN has the rights to, but can't air them, due to obligations to being a CW affiliate. Like it or not, that's a fact, and not an opinion.
As for 90210 & Melrose Place: I grew up on the original version that was on FOX, and like those versions. I don't like the CW versions, and I'll be surprised if either version stays on the air. I hears ratings for CW's Melrose Place is low, and unless ratings pickup, then it might be cancelled. Melrose Place nearly got cancelled on Fox back in 1992, but Heather Locklear's character Amanda Wood saved the show. I don't know who could save the CW version, but I don't have much interest in the new version, even with some original cast members in the new show.
Yeah I know Trib signed on with The CW with there affiliate to air The CW I don't live Chicago I have WGN America.
Where I lived The CW is a sub-channel of WWMT one of the few that didn't sign with UPN or The WB affiliates where I live. I knew it wasn't going to be The WB station as they aired The WB programming 22 hour delay as the channel was Pax/I suck network, the only reason they didn't go with WXSP was because they aired a lot of sports and that was there number 1 and couldn't agree with The CW the reason they went with WWMT sub-channel as known CW7 was for a few months called West Michigan CW then went with CW7 as that is where it is put on cable 7 or 17. I know you didn't care Davenwin.
I was a fan both original 90210 & Melrose Place. Both new versions of 90210 is pretty good not as great as the original it's still good & Melrose is still be great as the original excited that Healther is coming back as Amanda your missing out on the new Melrose Place Davenwin.
I'm not surprise that The Beautiful Life got cancelled after only 2 EP's. I thought that The CW should have picked up Gossip Girl spin off and not have picked TBL just my opinion. The CW has pretty good shows like OTH, Gossip Girl, 90210, Melrose Place, The Vampire Diaries etc.

Melrose Place had TERRIBLE ratings, go look it up. I guess you don't know everything or you'd know how Nielsen ratings worked...
I know how Nielson ratings work but don't care what said about Melrose Place it's a hit to me. Thats why I'm right and wrong.
"I'm always right." Wow way to go there turbo thinking you know more than anyone else does...that's really an intelligent way to help your little arguement there. Seriously get over yourself. Melrose Place sucks, always has always will. Stop kidding yourself, and actually try to watch shows on TV with some intellect...that is unless you don't have that ability which wouldn't surprise me.

Your wrong Alan Melrose Place is a pretty good show that will always be a pretty good and doesn't suck as you have claim Alan. I do watch shows of intellect like Supernatural, Smallville, Dollhouse, The Mentalist, etc. I like shows with drama like Gossip Girl, 90210, Melrose Place.
You don't jack what your talking about Alan and your always wrong. I'm always right.
I think every show on TV should be canceled and they should start over. I am amazed at the amount of pure garbage on all the networks. I scaled down to the direct TV family plan...now I get 5 channels of actual network television and 100 channels of infomercials. Even the news these days looks like it's put together by third graders. If you want a succesful show these days just get the crudest rudest collection of illiterate inbreds that insult eachother or a show that shows rotting dead bodies on tables mutilated in terrible ways...the formula for success. It really is all pretty sucky.

Your dead wrong Glen. There is no pure garbage on TV as you have claim there's great stuff on TV I can fine almost anything on TV which is no worse than what it was 10 or 20 years ago and that is fact as well.
Hello Glen. First off all, what your saying is generalizing all TV shows. Not every show is garbage. Most of them aren't. Just because you find them un-entertaining does not deem them as unecessary. For example shows such as Gossip Girl and One Tree Hill are much like The Beautiful Life, and they are extremely successful, with many seasons. This show just had bad luck. Plus the actors and actresses are still very famous and successful. Plus the words that you are using are very unfair and rude. The mutilation of dead bodies is very disturbing. Your opinions will not always be right kthnxbiiii.

You're sure right about what's on TV these days. Nothing but garbage. As a child, there were only 13 channels of crap. Now there's 300 channels of crap.
