Khloe Kardashian, Lamar Odom Wed

After a whirlwind romance (and only knowing each other for a month), reality starlet Khloe Kardashian and L.A. Laker Lamar Odom married on Sunday afternoon, in front of friends and family, OK Magazine confirms.

The couple tied the knot at the house of music mogul Irving Azoff in a ceremony that included the release of hundreds of balloons into the sky.

Khloe's stepdad Bruce Jenner escorted her down the aisle. The 'Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami' star wore a dress designed by Vera Wang as did her bridesmaids, who included sisters Kim, Kourtney, Kendell and Kylie Jenner as well as friends Lauren London, Khadijah and Malika Haqq.

On the other side of the aisle, Odom had seven groomsmen stand up for him at the altar.

Guests at the black-tie affair included Ryan Seacrest, Kelly Osbourne, Kobe Bryant and his wife Vanessa, Chelsea Handler, Lara Spencer, Brittny Gastineau and Lala Vazquez, PEOPLE reports.

PEOPLE has more details of the lavish ceremony, which was decorated entirely in white flowers. After the nuptials, guests partied at a nightclub theme reception and ate a four-course dinner. The menu offered chilled heirloom tomato soup, a melon and fig salad, salmon or filet mignon and dessert.

I think it will last, if their relationship will grow in friendship and love.

Most relationships after the first month one should know if they want to be with that person or not. Sometimes when it is too drawn out then distrust and breaks up happen.

They could have been "special eco-friendly balloons" but looking at the hastiness of this wedding---I would not believe they had the time to put that much though into it and that's really ignorant and irresponsible. But look at her father who got a guilty man off...what a sad shame :( Wishing them the BEST but who knows...anything can happen even if it is a publicity stunt for extra cash in everyone's pocket at E Channel.

This marriage won't last. what idiots. don't they know all those balloons can kill animals in the ocean. They are so stupid. No common sense at all. Balloons are for kids birthday parties not adult weddings anyway. This family makes me sick. A bunch of wannabes that do nothing.

My exact thoughts. Some seal will swallow a balloon and not be able to digest it, and soon that seal will be ill and unable to get away from a shark or it will wash up on the shore and then the Save the Seals dept. of fish and game will express their desire to research the seals and birds and fish that have washed up on the shore, where some little child is crying his eyes out over all the dead creatures that he thinks are cute.

I agree, I think khloe is trying to be like her sister kim. Maybe she is having a difficult time finding herself in the world, but she should just be herself. Marriage is not something you rush into, it usually takes a year to get to know someone well. I realize now that the smartest sister of them all is Kourtney, who also happens to be the oldest.

I think that there is no telling how long it will last. Back in the time of our grandparents people got married and stayed married. Today its not the same. I know people who met one day and were married the next and their marriages lasted longer than those of people who knew each other for two decades. It truly depends on the persona and I think that the beauty of getting married so soon is that its always interesting. You still have so much to learn about the other person and each day you get the chance to experience something new that comes with getting older. So to all those that estimate three months and things like that, I would love to see your faces twenty years from now when they are still married and you are on spouse number seven.
