Husband Files for Divorce From Rossum

Emmy Rossum's year-and-a-half marriage has come to an end.

The actress' husband, music executive Justin Siegel, has filed for divorce from the star, TMZ reports. Siegel cites irreconcilable differences and is asking for spousal support and court costs.

According to PEOPLE, the pair -- who married in February of 2008 -- split in August of 2009.

The 'Phantom of the Opera' star has reportedly now been linked with Counting Crows singer Adam Duritz.

If he is the one who filed for divorce he shouldn't get anything. He obviously isn't a good music executive. I thought those people had money. Why is he asking for support she has only been in like one movie? What a loser, he must not have a penis.

As a man I'd like to say that over the past 30 years, we have, as men, become so weak. How can any real man ask for support? It's like a man suing a woman for rape. How weak are we? My wife made three times more money than me when we divorced and I asked for nothing. I just went to work and made my money and now, at the tender age of 55, have left her in the dust financially, and only work 2-3 days a week now. I have to agree with you. A man asking for spousal support isn't a man. Not in my eyes, anyway. And me being female, the only way that I would want spousal support is if I were wronged. If the divorce was mutual, then I wouldn't want a thing.
