In spite of some of the crude comments here, Mr. Hopper was and is a talented actor and writer who fought a lot of personal demons in his life, and survived. He's good at playing quirky, off-balance characters because he was that way himself. One of my favorite characters that he played was "Feck" in "The River's Edge." He had a classic line in that film that I can't repeat here, but it makes me laugh to this day. I wish him all the best.

Have you even seen any of his films? He's been in some of most respected films of all time, including "Easy Rider," "Apocalypse Now," "Blue Velvet," for which he was nominated for a Golden Globe, and he received an Oscar nomination for his role in "Hoosiers" as well. Yeah, a real no-talent loser.
I have an idea: Why don't you take all that bitterness and channel it into something productive to make your world a better place?

I hope Dennis Hopper should get some rest and then get better. I loved him in the movie "Speed." He was a scary and deranged character. My prayer goes to you on your speedy recovery!

He has always had talent. In more than just movies. Are you talented in anything besides critizing?

I haven't always enjoyed his choices of parts or his personal choices (not my business) but he is an amazing actor and always riveting in whatever he does! When he walks into a scene - you can't deny his charisma.

Anyone with a brain and a heart knows that Dennis Hopper is a very talented actor as well as being a lovable person. He's had a lot of ups and downs in both his personal and professional life but he's always bounced back and his fans couldn't be happier to see him do so and support him fully. I hope and pray he recovers as he's a cherished person. Get well Dennis and live long!
