Although reports suggest that Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian are not legally married, the Los Angeles Laker is trying to set the record straight.
"It's crazy how perception works in America when you're looking at things from the outside," he said at the Lakers media day, PEOPLE reports.
"Anybody that was there will tell you that it was a beautiful event and it was real," he added.

If you have ever stayed in a hotel and on the same floor as a visiting NBA team, you know 2 things to be absolute factual: 1) after the game, the party gets in full gear and you will not get to sleep till around 3 a.m. in spite of all the calls you make to the front desk and offers they make to move you (of course, your stuff is all over the room and you decline)...and 2) when you leave in the morning, all those NBA rooms have the doors open with at least one young lady still in bed sleeping it off. I have experienced this nightmare more times than I care to remember. The NBA is the top "skirt chasing sport" out there. Show me a married NBA player who is true to his wife and I will reward you by selling you the Brooklyn Bridge at a big discount price!
