It's rough being an A-list star of the hit 'Harry Potter' franchise, if all you want to do is attend your college's football game -- as Emma Watson has found out.
According to the New York Post, the actress was left "quite shaken" at a recent Harvard football game, where she was cheering on her school, Brown.
Page Six reports that a Harvard student magazine meant to draw as much attention to the starlet as they could.
"We will be Live-Tweetin' the game and possibly stalking Emma Watson, so keep your eyes peeled for that, too!" an entry on the Harvard Voice's web site posted before the game read.
Someone from the magazine continually updated their Twitter account with Watson sightings.
I understand she is a celebrity and brings a lot of this upon herself but she is still someone trying to go to college to further her education. Just think how hard it would be for her to go on a date without fear of them selling the info to the tabloids.
But how exactly is this stalking in the sense that she is being threatened? I mean, there's stalking where there's a serious threat to one's safety, and then there is stalking as in having your photo taken by a bunch of dweebs.
Aren’t Harvard students supposed to be smart?! WOW! Way to give your school a bad reputation. Emma is a strong young woman so I’m sure she’s fine but it really sucks that some idiots decided to ruin her leisure time.
A friend of mine goes to Harvard and he was most definitely involved in that little bit of stalking. He posted about it on Facebook that they ended up getting kicked out of the game. Kind of funny, though. I'd love to have been able to join in that. Love herrr.
