Jason Wahler is spending more time in and out of jail than he did romancing Lauren Conrad on 'The Hills.'
Wahler was put behind bars in Washington, after being booked on assault and minor drinking charges stemming from an August incident, RadarOnline.com reports.
"He will serve 120 days in jail but could get out after 80 days for good behavior," an official tells Radar.
The isn't the first jail stint the reality show star has done. He was jailed in 2007 for fighting in a Seattle hotel.
In 2008 a judge forced him into rehab after he punched a truck driver and he's also been arrested on two other occasions.
Roger Avary, the Oscar-winning screenwriter of 'Pulp Fiction,' has been sentenced to a year in jail for causing a fatal traffic crash in Southern California. Avary also received five years of probation. He pleaded guilty in August to gross vehicular manslaughter and drunken driving for the 2008 crash that killed a passenger in Avary's Mercedes in Ventura County.
Its a real pity that: "Hollywood" won't distance themselves from these: 'tattoo'd circus freaks' and their dumbness ( ie; no Brains ) and to be continuously winding up again and again in some city jail. Real examples to live by! Role models we all want our children to live by -- right ?
