Brooke White is riding high on the release of her debut album, 'High Hopes & Heartbreak,' and now the 26-year-old Arizona native is on tour with fellow 'American Idol' alum Michael Johns. In this Road Report, White reminisces about her Seattle and Boise shows where she spent time with Johns' wife and french bulldog, and enjoyed some of her favorite foods.

SEATTLE, WASHINGTON: I forgot to mention this in the Portland section, but Stacey, Michael's wife, joined us for a couple of days on the bus along with his famous french bulldog David Puddy. I had decided to deem Puddy the official tour mascot. Seattle was their last stop with us on the tour, and I was sad to see them go as we all became quite attached to the Pudman -- such a loving little creature that was always parked in my lap. Also, it was nice to have Stacey on board since I am generally the only gal with all these guys. Sincerely I love these dudes, but I keep the Febreeze handy and put it to use often :).

Seattle is a beautiful city. It started out overcast and turned out to be a clear perfect day. Benton and I ran down to the flagship Nordstrom store -- of course, I loved it -- and he got some sweet new high-tops. I got to meet up with a friend and go to lunch with her and her twin baby boys. She took me to their home, which sits peacefully on the Puget Sound... another one of those moments where I was seriously contemplating relocation :). I have to say, the show in Seattle at Chop Suey was pretty special. The crowd was nearly inches from the stage, and fully present during every song. It was a smaller room and it just felt so personal ...
