Megan Who? Kate's Esquire's 'Sexiest'

Hollywood and the media has been so obsessed with Megan Fox when it comes to sex appeal lately that many other actresses have slipped into the background. Well, Esquire is doing their best to cage the Fox by making a bold statement with their pick for 'Sexiest Woman Alive' -- Kate Beckinsale. As you'll see in the video after the jump, they've got good cause, as Beckinsale is seen walking and gyrating in her skivvies.

An Esquire source tells PopEater that more photos and commentary will be coming next week. For now, you'll just have to settle for the video above.

Esquire ran a similar video in May featuring Ms. Fox, so it's not to say that Fox wasn't on their radar.

How sad that the media needs to sell "sexy" with a scantily dressed woman. Our young girls think they need to dress skanky to be sexy. She would have been much more sexy if she were dressed in classy and appropriate clothing. Sexy is having an inner confidence about yourself and how you portray yourself to others. The lingerie cheapens her.

Who cares what a reader thinks? Since when do we need this to promote a story? Lame AOL, real lame.

I would like to like her, but she almost single-handedly ruined the movie Pearl Harbor. The love affair was useless. The real movie was the action scenes and the camera angles. I cant tell you how many times people in the audience groaned when the movie took a break to focus on Kate and her love affairs with the pilots. I know, I should blame the screenwriters. But there it is.

Really? She "singlehandedly" ruined Pearl Harbor? Michael bay directed it and Ben Affleck starred in it. By default that would make her the third-worst thing in the movie.

I'm married to a very good looking man, of course I'm a woman. Kate Beckinsale is a very beautiful woman. I first saw her in the movie Pearl Harbor and thought, what a pretty woman and the guy that got her pregnant was a cutey. Kate wins as the most beautiful movie star in my book.

How could anyone call her beautiful? You can count her ribs and if she walked on a crack she would fall through. That is what is wrong with people now a days. They had a program on tv the other day that if a model wears over a size 8 she is obese. Let me tell you....if your over 5 ft 8 you should weight more then 100 lbs. They keep these models on drugs just so they dont eat and stay skinny.
Thats why girls now days are killing themselves on diets and stuff because they think that that is a normal size. Marilyn Monroe was a size 16. Average woman size.

Marilyn was actually a 10-12, and sizes change over the years, meaning she was actually the equivalent of today's size 6. Learn something.

You got that right! I'm married to a beautiful woman so I'm very thankful for it. Yes, Kate is beautiful so I'm sure she'll be like that for a long time. I still prefers the 1971's "Tora, Tora, Tora" than 2000's "Pearl Harbor" because the first movie have better historical accuracy than the latter. By the way, Kate is more gorgeous than Megan Fox.

I agree with you Mike :) It is becoming overkill. I have always thought Kate is very beautiful and she seems like she would be really nice :) This video was very sexy, my boyfriend loved it ! I thought it was very tasteful and I think she is very sexy too and it was really nice to see someone besides Megan Fox.

i agree with you on esquire's nuttiness. that video was ridiculously silly too. and i like kate! but megan, c'mon. you don't even have to look at her body before you know she's sexy. her face alone is stunning. and it's always been stunning.
