According to the Los Angeles County Coroner's autopsy report, Michael Jackson was in good health until he was injected with a lethal cocktail of drugs hours before he died.

The famous singer died of acute Propofol intoxication on June 25. Contrary to popular opinion, he was not suffering from any serious physical ailments at the time of his death.

Apart from inflamed lungs and some arthritis in his lower spine, he was in a "good condition", with a healthy heart and kidneys and "weight average for his height".
