Rihanna Leaves Little to the Imagination in Sheer Dress

Rihanna seems to be living by the motto "if you got it flaunt it."

The sexy singer stepped out in a striped dress, half of which was sheer fabric.

Rihanna wore the black, long-sleeved, turtlenecked minidress that showed off her belly button and other swaths of skin to the Gareth Pugh Pret a Porter show show in Paris on Sept. 30.

The singer's oversized black sunglasses and dark purple lipstick completed the look.

I hope that dress is glued on in certain spots... It looks like it's starting to move in the wrong directions. I don't think this dress would flatter anybody. You're already gorgeous, you don't need the shock value.

That dress is sleezy, disgusting and indecent. She is a lovely you lady, why must she wear something like that? Does she think she looks attractive? NOT!!!!! Why must these celebrities try to outdo each other. Is there no more common decency? Whatever happened to morals? Has our society come to this. If my daughter or granddaughters ever even thought of wearing something like this (which they never would) I would be totally ashamed of them. Where are these girls parents and grandparents? She is a lovely young black girl. Be proud of your heritage and put some clothes on.

Do your boys walk around with their underwear showing from above their waist bands? I REALLY don't care to see some losers boxer shorts and I can't see why they think we should all be subjected to it. I saw some guy in his 20's the other day sitting in the front window of a beauty parlour and, just as I passed by, he stood up and started walking to the counter with his waist band just above his KNEES!! There was skin showing between the bottom of his boxers and the top of his pants!! How much more ridiculous is this going to get?? Why do they even bother wearing pants at ALL??
Anyway, my point is, if it's okay for guys to walk around with their underwear showing, why is it such a travesty for a girl to walk around in a revealing dress??

Nice. The dress doesn't leave much to the imagination, but if she feels comfortable in it, why not. If she wants to show off what she has, I'm all for it. Humans are the only animals that wear clothing. If she wanted to walk around in the nude, that's up to her. At least she isn't a fat cow like a lot of women are. Most of them you'd be begging to cover up their blubber.

o-k people, here it is about race....there is no such thing! Scientists are finally publishing the fact that ideas about "race" are antiquated and incorrect. No one is "pure," that's why you'll find African features on a person from the Netherlands, like full lips. Trying to classify by race is like saying a polar bear and a grizzly bear are different types of creatures because one is white and the other is brown, no, they both still belong to the overall bear family. Humans are all the same, with different physical manifestations, like bears, or cats. When we talk race, we're really talking culture. A lot of mixed people go with Black because it was the dominant culture in their lives, it was the music they listened to, a particular dialect they always heard, foods they found familiar and comforting. Plus, when you're a "fly on the wall," and no one knows what you are, you learn quickly that Caucasian culture is somewhat diabolical in many respects, Native Americans talked of this often after they were exposed to Europeans, Caucasian culture is based on the "bird of prey" mentality, what we see, we conquer and take. Who wants to be identified as that?

As far as Rihanna's dress goes, it leaves a lil more to the imagination than we'd like to believe (though not much lol) and also to you ladies and gents, in today's society as it's been for a looong while, depending on what your father's nationality is then that's what you are, no matter what race you may LOOK like the race that your father is, is the indication as to what race you are. For instance, my best friend's mother is white and his father is black, and even though he is very much light-skinned, and looking of almost spanish descent he is still recognized as a black man because of what race his father is. I don't know why it is that way, but it is.
