Watch: Nancy Grace Attacks Jon Gosselin on TV

Jon Gosselin appeared on an 'Insider' panel with Nancy Grace -- and we bet he wish he hadn't.

The lawyer-turned-talk-show-host grilled the father of eight about his choices in the past few days.

"For years Jon, you had your children on TV on a reality show, but suddenly when it's no longer 'Jon & Kate Plus 8,' it's 'Kate Plus 8,' you suddenly have a problem with it and you want it all to come to an end? I don't believe that," Grace said. Watch

"Regardless of the timing, I'm their father and I will do what's best for my children," Gosselin responded.

When his lawyer interrupts, Grace chided, "Oh you've got your lawyer here, you're afraid to answer questions? Whatever."

"What's important is the children and not these two self-absorbed husband and wife who are argue constantly in front of their children?" she continued.

"Exactly, that's why they are coming off the air," Jon said.

"Why don't you just quit arguing and work on your marriage, wouldn't that be a better idea?" Nancy yelled back.

When Jon revealed his plan for working things out with Kate so they could be parents, Grace exclaimed, "Hey, you talk the talk, but you don't walk the walk."

"You can't go out with one 22-year-old after the next while she's at home with the children and say you want to work it out. That's not working it out, Jon Gosselin," she added.

Nancy then suggested that Jon and Kate get therapy.

I'm sure Jon has wanted to quit before now. And the reasoning he gave was he was not a "spotlight" lover. He preferred to stay in the background. Well that has certainly changed hasn't it? It's all well and good to quit the show but how are they going to provide income? I can't begin to imagine the daycare costs they would have. I bet it would have made them working to pay for daycare. There's never been a comment as to what Jon planned for income if they had quit the show. It's so obvious Jon does not think 5 minutes into the future. Say what you will about Kate, but she is obviously the brains of the operation, and treated Jon the way she did because the sperm-donor cant think for himself. And I heard him get his digs into her quite a few times too. And I never judged either of them, because I can't imagine the stress involved in living day to day with the twins and sextuplets at such young ages.

Tammy, I couldn't agree with you more!! Read my reply to Michelle because in it, I tell a story about a young couple who had sextuplets.

My parents had 7 kids back to back. Yes, times were hard for them, for us. We had to share rooms & beds, wear hammy downs, etc but I know they did the best they could for us. We never went without food, a roof over our head, etc but we weren't rich, hell, we weren't even considered "middle class" but every Christmas, we had 3 gifts under the tree & while we didn't get gifts for our b-days, they made sure that we had a cake, ice cream & jello. If I could go back & be raised differently, I wouldn't want to. Why? Because being raised the way I was taught me how not to be wasteful, how to take care of what I had, I learned the meaning of a dollar very early on & I learned that if I wanted something, I had to WORK FOR IT!!

Nine people living in a 3 bedroom house (& those rooms were small, let me tell you..lol) with ONE bathroom, yeah, that wasn't easy but like I said, we had what we NEEDED. The house the Gosselins had before their mansion, I didn't understand why that wasn't big enough for them. Had our family lived in that house, we would have considered it an upgrade!!

But the most important thing was.. we KNEW our parents loved us & they took care of us, not the other way around!!! I'm not saying the Gosselins don't love their children because I'm sure they do but I honestly believe that they love the money & fame more & that, that's the saddest part of it all.... Peace

Why can't TLC just demand their money back. Let Kate go back to being nurse Ratched and let Jon do acne slimfast or biggest loser commercials. Why would anyone want a milkshake that is connected to him??
These two are all about GREED. They actually want people to think their children are hungry..Get real. The public was born on a day...not yesterday!

I think after this show Jon might have fallen in love with Nancy. She probably made him homesick for Kate. It was just like when he lived with Kate. He is treated like a little boy. He needs a mommy to tell him what to do. He is a WEASEL!

That lady makes me VOMIT in my mouth everytime she opens her mouth. And talk about expoiting your kids... she's made a career out of that ever since the twins were born!!!

"Mother of the Year" she is NOT!! She's more like "Mommy Dearest"!! I really do feel bad for her kids because nothing they'll do in life will ever be good enough for "Mommy Dearest"!!

Here's an idea Nancy. Instead of telling others how to live their lives, try working on your own. Instead of assuming everyone's a "criminal", try letting the system work before you damn them. After all, if you Nancy were arrested for let's say,,, murder, wouldn't YOU want to be tried in a Court of LAW and not in the Court of Public Opinion?? nancy grace is a man-hater. she should back off of jon. his wife is a nut-case. he'll play around with being "free" for a bit, get it out of his system, and chill out. i commend him for cutting the leash from that hag. as a woman, nancy grace makes me sick. if she isn't bashing a man when she opens her mouth, she's focused on the missing rich white woman or talking about a rich white child. nancy, your show is ridiculous. this is what's wrong with this country, women thinking they're better than men instead of realizing they are EQUAL to men. nancy, shut-up. why you have a show i will never understand.

Jon doesn'tneed an attorney when confronted by on e on the network? Would YOU go it alone. Nancy Grace snortswhen she talks-she's like amoose snorting at you with smudge in her eyes. Her affected acent is just gory and the whole package is plain ugly. He is doing pretty weel considering how nutty hissituation is-and having a PR background gotten at the University of Penna., I can assure you that any story that goes to press can be totally unrecognizable once it is seen in print. You need legal representation to be assaulted by a network team-I am of the chosen few who has proof that Jon knows she is nuts with the tears having been talking to him an hour on the day of the 911 call that he was with the babysitter. His daughter walked down the lawn saw me talking to him, he went up with a photographer, and 15 mins. after I left his wife and state police are called in?? What? Media Hollywood!!! Good grief. No chance he was with the babysitter. ZERO chance. What a Sara Burnheart Kate is-what a devil.

I happen to believe Jon about that day because I can so see Kate crying those fake tears to the police just to get her way. The fact that they made her leave and it was told to the public by the police liasion (in other words, they didn't have a dog in that fight), how could it not be true??

Some of you need to really look through Kate and her B.S. just like you do when it comes to Jon. Hate to tell you this but that woman is making fools out of you because she knows you're believing everything she "claims"!!

Someone needs to tell Nancy where to go and I would LOVE to be that person!! Trust me, I can hold my own in a debate with the best of them. However, I don't believe Nancy is on that list of "the best of them".

Much like Kate, I've caught Nancy in many lies/contridictions/exaggerations. This is how you can tell when she's doing it. Whenever she's talking to a guest, when they answer her and her reply is something like.. Yeah, yeah, yeah OR I'm not going to waste my time on this, let's go to (fill in the blank), that's when she's doing it. Those of you who are die hard Nancy fans KNOW that if she's on the right path during questioning, she's not going to back down so when she does.... 1. she's either lying 2. contridicting herself or 3. she's over exaggerating on the topic at hand. While it may make for good TV, you need to realize that people's lives are at stake.... Peace

I didn't watch this paticular show, however, I believe that Jon was always out for the children. Again, people forget that he never wanted this show to go past the twins first grade year so the children could have a normalcy factor back in their lives.
Gee, when did the poparazzi show up? When the sixtuplets turned 5....that would make the twins going into what??3rd grade?
Both parents have plenty of money. Kate has her speaking and books and the show. Jon had the show and his IT work until TLC made him quit to do the show full time.
Not to mention people have their facts mixed up...whenever Kate is away on public business whose with the kids?? Jon. That's right. They know him better than her.
Grow up. What mom would not let her kid have water and then be mean and drink water in front of them.
Kate is a MONSTER not a mom.

Love it!! Never been a fan of Nancy and I don't like reality TV so I've never watched the J&K show. You would have to live in a cave not to know of their anticts though. So sick of both of them - but I have to say, his sudden attack of conscience over the show and the kids, as soon as he got axed, as well as him pulling $$ out of the account. That move was lower than Whale Dung. Go Nancy!!

Two wrongs don't make one right. Even if Kate was overpowering to Jon, it didn't give Jon the right to behave the way he did (his kids should be the centre, not himself. Plain & simple). His whoring around with different chicks did not help the situation with his marriage problems. If any female out there feels so sorry & understanding for Jon one-sidedly, my little advice: why not just get yourself a date with Jon to help ease the "pains" he seems to be going through just like those girlfriends of his who had such "high" standards. LOL.
